Wanted 950 cash to be sent Western Union for the loan (upfront of course!)

Got scammed for $976.  Person name, adam miller 334478@onebox.com. Offered a $5000 loan.  Got nothing.  Birchwoodcorp..com, fake web site. Number, 800 584-3620.  Don't get scammed like me.

There is NO LOAN - never was - they just steal your money and will keep stealing it as long as people keep getting you to send them money with the promise of just a little more and you will get your loan.

Scammers prey on people who really need the money - cannot afford to lose money and never check to see if the loan and advance fee is legal or not.

Whom ever this  guy Adam is, he call me and tried to tell me that I was approved fit a 5000.00 dollar loan.l figured out it was fake when his email couldnt open up.

They called me as well, at first i thought they took my money. But the delay was the weekend not being a business day. I got the loan the following business day.

I made my payment for the insurance premium but then seen the complaints & requested my money back and was sent a cheque within 5 days so im not sure if they are legitimate or not

I got a email stating I was apporved for a loan for 10k but need to send 970.00 for insurance protection

Just wanted to know if you sent the money to him or not?

I'm not defending anyone here.The upfront money is not an insurance policy persay,the way it was explaine to me was it goes into an acct. and that is just your 1st 4 pmts upfront and then they will send you a monthly statement every month thereafter for you to continue the pmts by whatever means you see fit  send money order or whatever if i explained that right.like you it was not explained to me that way   I think Adam has a little trouble communicating well with others   I had to practicly spell everything out while I was talking with him, so let me know

I've received two phone calls from this same number 800-584-3620.  The first person identifying himself as Adam Miller with Birchwood Lending Services.  He was offering a loan of $25,000, but would need proof of 3 months payments (approx $915).  The second caller was Kevin Pierce asking when I was going to return the documents they sent so they can deposit my check.  I believe it was Adam Miller calling back, but using a different name. This has to be a major scam!!  If its too good to be true, it probably is.....not going to get scammed by this bozo!

that guy adam miller was scamming people said i was approved fora 5,000 dollar loan and he scammed me for 540.00 after that have not been able to get a hold of noone in the office how can you report this to get your money back
