I just filed a complaint with the FTC.  This company calls my number three (3) or four (4) times a day, including Sat. & Sun, then stops for several days before begining the cycle again.  No message is left on my machine.

Sonce November 7th 2013 unti  this date January 9, 2014.  This telephone number has called our home 342 times.  Average is three times daily.  745 AM -845 AM;  1230 PM to 200PM and from 445PM until 900 PM.  I've spolen one time to a girl and she said they were located in the Phillipines.  Wanted to speak to my wife about Citi-Bank account.  For which she has never had an account with them AT ALL ever.  We do not know other than blocking this caller, what else to do.  All other complaint to FTC has always (ALWAYS) gotten us no where.  And it's very up setting to continue to hang out on the telephone and accomplish nothing.  It's like trying to sign up for ObummerCare.  Wait Wait and no results.  

If any one has an answer please post it so we can join in on getting these issues resolved.

this number calls me 5-10 times each and every day.....sometimes message on machine....today it was loud music blasting thru the answering machine and then a woman saying hello hello hello then hanging up...I don't and wont answer it because I know its some garbage scam or telemarketer or something and blocking these things does nothing because I ghet these kinda calls from other numbers as well

This number phones my business account 3-4 times each and every day.

I too have received several automated calls from this telephone number stating "Thank you for being a Citibank Customer".  They indicated me to log onto my account or call 800-587-5727 to speak with a customer service representative.  When I call the number it indicates it's been disconnected.

I then called the number using "877" as the prefix, the asked for customer service, who answered "Thank you for calling Citi Bank".  Then they began asking my a bunch of personal questions regarding my account.

Before I would provide them any information I told them about the numerous calls I was receiving who kept leaving a disconnected number.  They then told me they were calling on behalf of Tractor Supply.

I told them they answered the phone as "Citi Bank" and my card was not associated with Tractor Supply.  I then requested they remove my telephone number from their system.  She said they would, so we'll see.
