You are very bright for not making a purchase based on a comment from a complete stranger named bah. Maybe you should ask bah for financial advice as well.

We made the mistake of carpeting 2 rooms in our home. Within 3 months, the carpet started to stretch and shed everywhere our vacuum went. Called empire to fix the problem, they send out some contracted guy who took a couple pictures, then called us a month later and said our carpet is fine.

We will never go through them again. BE WARNED!

i saw this commercial a minute ago...

A few months ago I used Empire  for new tile for my kitchen and master bathroom, and the the tiles are lifting in the bathroom and has glue on the tiles in the kitchen and bathroom, that no amount of scrubbing will remove. Do not use them.

We used Empire Feburary 2012 and have had zero problems; however, we did not have carpet installed.  Empire installed hardwood laminates throughout our downstairs and new vinyl in our laundry room and everything has held up great!  If I had to do it again, I would definitely call Empire.

This is a site for looking up unknown numbers. "Happy customers" don't come here to rave about a company, that's something the scamming companies like yours pay shills like you to do once they realize this site is damaging their scam and making it tough to trick victims out of money.

we had empire come out and carpet the upstairs and the steps and they even patched the carpet in the living room too because the cat ripped it for free.. They did a great professional job and the carpet has held up great!  The only thing i wasn't happy about was the sales person they sent out, she wasn't  trained to represent them very well.  My neighbor had used them and was satisfied with her kitchen tile work that they did.

Called me at 946 pm...when I asked if they were allowed to call this late, the gentleman quickly hung up.

I had my kitchen and master bath tiled by Empire a year ago, and the tile in the bathroom is lifting and no amount of scrubbing will get up the glue that is on the tiles. Don't ever use this Company, and they have called my house twice this week, but they did not leave a message, I let it go to voice mail.

8/23 13:00 Called and had someone come out to give estimate.  Person showed up late and eventually gave estimate on business card.  When tried to get estimate for alternate option.  Didn't get response, but now trying to call but not leaving msg. or showing who it is.  Go fly a kite folks.  What is wrong with these people?  Considering the amount of advertising they, you would think they'd identify themselves when returning phone calls..

Total scam. They advertise 50% off but there prices are 4 time higher than should be.

My caller ID said unavailable.  A legitimate business should show the name.  Third party caller?  We don't answer calls where we don't recognize the number.

They keep call......even though I don't answer......will have to report them
