Some one from this number called where I work and wanted to speak with me . The person told them they were from CCS and they had been speaking with me. But I  had not spoke with them.

Ok I should not be happy but I am you see I just got the deal of a lifetime from Rick Williams who by the way people was different from every other debt collector I have spoken too I have owed a card in whic I have been paying 25 a month since 2007. I got a call a he tells me that I will receive 25 cents on the dollar to close, but I did not have it so I figured " here where they start the crazy tactic that every other agency tries when u can't pay" but not me Williams he simply offered his number told me he understand for he cannot come up with that amount either. He told me to see what u can do something might change.  For this I paid it I could have continued to pay 25 like anyone else but the respect I received made me pay I hope anyone with a debt with this company speaks with Rick williams

First off I hate Sears they sued me can you believe it! No ways, I got a call today from Mr Williams, he told me about the judgment (which I knew about) but, unexpectedly he dropped it from 5K to 1500..... I thought it was a joke, he sent me a letter and even told me I can pay when I got it... Who the heck is this guy... Awesome.... Never thought I be happy to talk to a bill collector... Good job Mr Williams

Recieved a missed call from Rick Williams from Sallie Mae on a government line and he chewed me out telling me to shut up and listen. Refused not to call my government line.

This guy "Rick Williams" is a d-bag. He started calling my husband at the beginning of the year to settle a debt for a car that got repossessed (FYI - my husband was a co-signer, wasn't even his car). Fine, we worked with the guy... didn't hear from him for months, made our ACH payments every month until November. We did not have the funds and this guy could not be reached. A week after he tried to take our usual payment he tried to take a $500 payment, and again another week later. We obviously don't have it, try calling next time big guy... on top of that we now have to pay $75 to the bank for non-sufficient funds. "Rick" finally calls my husband only to tell him that "Rick Williams" is not his name and it is an alias, his real name is Eric. Of course my husband questions if any of this is real and the guy starts giving him attitude. WTF??? Who after a year of deals throws out a bomb like that and you still expect to get money? Show us some proof... we never got a letter or anything in writing so how do we know this is legit...

I got a call from 8322600267 I said I wasn't at home asked did he want to leave a message he said his name was Eric not Rick the number to call back was 1 800 597 0268 im not calling back I will wait for a letter if he really want to get  in touch with me

Today I got a call from 8322600267  again this time he said his name was angel, and to call back at 8663886515 this time

So, you decided to google your employers phone number, and then go to a complaints website, right?  You then decide to write a glowing review.  You realize that shilling is illegal, don't you?

Then it was only an 8K loan.  But in any case, you should be able to tell us the legal name and address of this loan company.  It must be right there in your loan documents.  After all, no one in their right mind would lend someone that kind of money without a credit check, an application, and a signature.  Also tell us the interest rate and monthly payment amount/term of loan.
