- MattI received a call from a company like this last year and we got taken for a ride on hotel for show. They cancelled my three rooms on separate days and spread them out. We called to double check and the rooms and found out their cancelled. I have decided to just book all rooms with the hotels directly so that this does not happen again. The CC company did refund the money and they went after them.

- TaliaThis number has called us a few times trying to book a hotel room for an upcoming trade show. We have told them that we have already booked our room and asked them to please remove us from their list. They would not take that for an answer and kept persisting. They have called us now about 3 times and we have told them the same thing. They are pretty ridiculous. I have reported them to the Do Not Call Registry.

- Mrs. S.This is a SCAM. Do NOT book hotels through this company. We attend several shows during the year and they call all the time. The shows we attend have a contracted Hotel Booking agency and continually warn us about calls like this. There is also some scam companies that do booth setups and booth audio/visual. If in doubt contact the show organizer. Most of them will have a listing of who is approved to work the show or only have one company you can go through. Protect yourself AND more importantly, your company!

- Prospective Conference GoerI got a call yesterday from this number plus extension 105. They claimed that there were only 5 slots left at the reduced rate for a conference I hadn't registered for yet. But since I was a speaker, I assume that's how they got my name and number. I asked a lot of questions since I was immediately suspicious. They told me the wrong reduced rate and the wrong hotel for the conference. There is a San Diego based company by this name that corresponds with this number when you look them up on the Internet. This is a SCAM. They want your credit card number, and won't be making an arrangement for your conference hotel. BEWARE! A number of other conference goers got a similar call.

- Steve SchohanThis company called under the pretense that they are affiliated with a trade organization that is putting on a Trade show in Atlanta. They pressed me to tell them where i booked rooms and informed me that i must order the rooms through them. when i asked them if they were affiliated with the organization they hung up on me.

- Exec Asst"David" called to ask if we had secured our hotel accommodations for the upcoming conference we were exhibiting at in March. When I told him yes he said he could get a discounted room rate. He just needed to know how many rooms we had reserved, what name they were under, etc. Before I gave any info I started asking questions but couldn't get a direct answer from him. Red Flag. I hung up and he actually called back and left this 800# and Ext. 110. When I Googled the 800# I found this info. Thanks for confirming my suspicions!
- Caller: Would not give this info

- SHThis company will not stop calling us. Work for a a tax professional that does conferences. We have already made all arrangements for staff for hotels, booths, etc. Since then these people have called weekly to harass us. We have told them we are not interested several times yet they keep calling about lower rates. It seems to be the same "David Williams" calling each time. He even lied to me a few minutes ago and said that they has never called. Well either you are a lying scum bag or every person that works at your scamming business has the name of David Williams.
- Office-Admin| 1 replyI looked up the number and didn't answer because of this page (thank you all). Same thing as others, only this one is "Adam Campbell" at extension 104. He left a voice mail and then he called back right after.

- JesseI just got a voice mail from this number (800-600-4513, ext 104). Caller identified himself as Adam Campbell -- Eastern European accent. Said he was calling regarding a conference that our company was attending (that we actually are attending), and that he needed to speak with the person "who takes care of that for your company" as soon as possible. My tip off that it might have been a scam was the fact that he did not reference anyone by name, nor did he mention specifically the name of our company, and overall, an 800-600-xxxx number seemed suspect -- not any kind of number affiliated with the organization we have worked with. Whenever we have any involvement with any conference, there are many direct POCs that we work with and are very familiar with, and they all know our preferred contact info, so the fact that he called our main number rather than my direct line was odd. Heads up -- and be sure and let your receptionists know as well -- that's how the message came through to me.

- 800-600-4513They call our company all the time, however our company makes their travel and housing arrangements at the same time they sign for the convention/show/expo through our preferred vendor. They also are required to have the name of the attendee should they have "misdialed"
BBB shows them at a F grade with various complaints regarding their unethical sales and business tactics along with their lack of professionalism.
There are plenty of bad reviews and complaints on the internet for both here in the USA and over seas.- Caller: EHM Exhibitors Housing Management

- AnnoyedThese scammers are still calling, the latest was a call this morning from "Jack Wilson." Since he could barely pronounce his name, I strongly doubt that it's legitimate. If you need any additional info on them, look up their BBB rating of "F."

- JudyCaller said her name was Sarah Adams from Exhibiters Management. Wanted to know if we had secured hotel rooms for an upcoming conference for our attendees in December. Said they were with the company that sponsored our conference and wanted to make sure we got the best hotel rates. Scam! Do not give them any information.

- roundupguyMessage from a guy to return his call to 800-600-4513 (105). This is the 3rd scam artist within 3 weeks to contact me about this show. We are registered for many shows but this RoundUp is the only one where we get these calls.. Same thing last year..
- LisaWe get periodic calls from these clowns trying to get us to book rooms at an ambulatory surgical conference. We're an economics firm so would not attend such a thing, plus I book all of our travel personally. Pure scam.
- MG"Adam Campbell" (yeah right... his accent suggested that was not his real name) called my office and left a message about an upcoming show we are attending. Knowing it was a scam... I called back to have some "fun" with them. Doesn't seem like they are equipped to take inbound calls. What self respecting scammer would want to hear from potential scamees?

- LKJust got the same "Adam Campbell" caller from previous post, he left his number and extension and I also tried to have fun with him but no inbound calls accepted. He came in through our call center and had my name but he was using my last name as my first and vice versa. I knew it was a scam when I heard the voice mail as his message was an "urgent" one...LOL Problem is he had some of my name and where I was going for an IT conference of all things. I'll wait for him to call back, he has left two messages thus far.
