Collector from Pinnacle Financial Group.

this collection group actually located my neighbor and called harrassing them to talk to me !!!  can you believe it ?  How dare they invade the private space of someone who has nothing to do with anything related to me.  Ontop of it all, the collector was arogant and rude to my neighbor.  After attacking my neighbor verbally and finding out they did not know my whereabouts, they of course apologized.

This company (800-603-9457) called looking for someone who I didn't know and when I said "sorry, you have the wrong number" they said half suspiciously "You know, I'm not surprised...and thank you for not yelling at me." Interesting, this could say a number of things about the company.

I ignore all incoming 800/866/877 number calls, this caller never seems to leave any message identifying themselves.

I do not answer calls identified as Anonymous,Restricted,or CID Blocked.
I instead return the call.
Person answered the phone "Pinnacle Financial"
I asked why my number had been called.
He told me he was trying to reach a person that I do not know.
I have had the number called for more than 5 years.

This number calls at various times, once at 5:30 AM!!!! and then never answers and then the call disconnects. I googled it and apparently Pinnacle Financial is a "phantom debt collector" company and have been reported a number of times.

called at 9 pm on a Sunday and then got mad because i asked them to stop. He then told me that they have called before and got mad because i didnt answer because i was at work. Then he tells me that i am who he is looking for. I have never even heard of that person before

This is a collection agency that collects for various credit card and other agencies.   They try to press you into making a payment over the phone and they refuse to give an address to send a check.  Another hard hitting agency.  Just pay it if you owe or negotiate it.

Continual harassment by "Pinnacle" Collection Group, 800-603-9457, even AFTER letters to one of the many one-in-the-same-sleezeball-company-using-various names, AFTER polite requests for "who" they are and their address---which by the way the rude, agressive, bullying, smartass on the other end of the phone verbally REFUSED to provide (against the law!)---AGAIN told harasser to call my attorney and AGAIN gave them number and AGAIN told them not to call me again: these bottomfeeders harass people with repeated, multiple (sometimes 20 times per day) phone calls and they never leave a message....I just ignore the calls when I see that it is a sleezeball or I click answer and just pitch the phone on the sofa or bed and let them blow off into space :)---they are NOT decent people and I will not allow them to interfere with my life :)

Rude, Agressive, SmartAss cointinually calls, never leaves a message, refuses to identify themselves (against the law), and refuses even after multiple instances both verbal and in writing requests that they call my attorney (number provided them on multiple occassions): these bullying smartassess "enjoy" hiding behind a phone number and exacerbating an already uncomfortable situation---they are unethical bullys and their address is going right to my attorney in hopes that these less than honorable harassers will be stopped from hiding behind a telephone to take out their own personal agressions on everyday citizens such as myself
