We got a robo-call for a political fundraiser. Called back to opt out and  it said "Thanks for calling, goodbye", then we got hung up on.

I just received a call, I did not answer, there was no answer.  If I get another call I will answer and report what I find out.  When I entered the number in google I got a message to report it, so I am.

I've received 3 calls from this number in the past hour. When I tried calling the number to request being put on a 'do not call' list, a recording said "Thanks for calling. Good-bye".

I have received three calls from this same number in 30 minutes. Never answered. No human response when call back. Just a message of "Thank you. Good bye."  If this is a call that was about a political issue, ie. a support measure, I would like to know, as I have been doing research on these types of calls.  Several clients/friends/businesses have received it despite having registered with  "do not call." Without a disclaimer from the politcal party or candidate, these would be considered illegal under current U.S. statutes. If anyone reading this message has recieved similar calls, please respond with time, date, etc.

I got a call from this number.  It was an automated voicemessage saying I could get dish network equip for free.  I pressed "1" to report that I was on both a state and federal "do not call" list.  I got a live person--I proceeded to tell her it was illegal for them to be calling me.  She just hung up on me.

This is the 5th call I have gotten from this number. I answered it one time and there was no one there. When I called it back I it just hangs up without saying anything.

Just got another call before writing this since I again had to look up where it came from.

I just received a call from 1-800-611-0244.  I too called back and got a recorded "thanks for calling, goodbye".  I get this type of phone call a lot, but I can't say for sure that it's always the same number since this is the first time I've actually reported it.  I'll be back if I get it again though!  6/13/07, 07:12 pm PST

Automatic call for a political survey.  Cannot opt out.  Cannot decline.  Cannot bypass.  Cannot wait it out. We are not even in the area covered by the "survey."  No answer when I called the number (which is surprisingly shown on caller ID.)  I have received at least eight such calls in the last two days.

no voice, no reply. calls every other day?

Same deal.  Called back and got a computer-synthesized number saying "thank you for calling. good bye."

Great.  Like I need more charges to my cell phone account.

I just got a call from 800-611-0244 around 5:00pm on 6/26/2007.  It left me a voicemail regarding about a free online seminar from Ray Reynolds but requiring some kind of deposit. When I try to dial that number back, I get a response that "your number cannot be completed as dial."  I usually get a call from this number once a day.

6/27/07this is a pyramid scheme!igot a call  from this number, saying they were terry collins phone sales. they tried to sell me a business doing broadcast sales that would make me 1 to 4k per day and  it would cost me $997.00. he said he had a ministry in colorado springs . he said the people who owned the company were 2 guys from australia who he had never met or talked to but the company name was passport to wealth. he said they had a 2.5 million call list. the call was to my cell number.they said the number was on the call list. i informed him that it is against federal law to call a cell number. his answer was evasive,when i told him that i was on the do not call list, i got no response.
