About RISK management. They make it sound like I owe someone money. But I am debt free.

Called saying they had 6 unpaid invoices... sounded like they said they were from "ABC Distribution".

Person called my current business number, looking for previous tenant, and saying there was a collection due. How is it that my number was called? They told me the onus was on me to prove that there was no affiliation to the previous tenant!!! I have enough on my plate. I dont need to fight for a person whom I dont even know. What a crock.

Caller said they  were calling about a letter I recently received in the mail.. and I receive TONS of mail from famil, the occasional bills and advertisement fliers.They never say who they are exactly. When I do finally pick up to find out who it is calling, I would get a machine, stating the same msg they would leave me.

Is this a second number to that RMS crap?!

they keep calling, saying they are from tcf bank and have some info, but do not have the right person. utter bs as tcf would have some record of it.

they also call from 330-659-5474.

4 calls back to back looking for my daughter. 3 of the 4 callers sounded like the same voice.

called my work asking for my boss, ok he is not here can I take a message. Rudely informed me she had left 7 messages before with me for him. Like they are the only call I get. If she would of gave me the number I would have taken number 8 but instead of giving me the number she was rude and continue to go on and on about the reason she callled and she had talked to me previously.... Lady, just give me your name and number and I will pass it on like I always do. I do not return anyone elses calls for them. I ONLY TAKE THE MESSAGE!!!! DUhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!! She hung up.

Female from RMS regarding a Sprint bill. I asked that they not call me again because I would not be paying the bill and Sprint knows the reason why. She rudely told me she would continue to call. This isn't even my phone number. I hung up on her, and she called me back from her direct line and told me she would call me day and night because she had my number and I couldn't report her because I didn't know her name. I hung up on her and called the number back to get a supervisor named "stan" who told me I was rude and why should he believe anything I had to say about the previous rep. I hung up on him and submitted a complaint to the corporate office.

Called regarding collection of a debt that I do indeed owe.

This company has repeatedly called us using this telephone number. When we answer, there is elevator music followed by a long hold time. We always hang up before somebody comes on the line.

Called me about an invoice the company owed. Legit call. Wasn't on hold.

Collection Agency. Legitimate call but incorrect (invoice should have gone to a third party but they didnt know that)

If you call them back, you should have a 9 digit "confirmation code"

I keep getting calls and they keep calling me doctor lol

I got a call from them... they told me that I had a outstanding bill with bank of america. HA! to bad I have never had a bank of america account.

They call my cell phone 10 times a day but there is never anyone on the other line.
My cell is on the national do not call list.

I finally called the number and they say I owe them $140 but they will stop calling me for $70.

I suggested they stop calling me or I will contact the police.

Received a very similar call phone number was blocked on caller ID, something about owing for Employee disability (I haven't had employees for 10 years), same thing about sending a letter, the caller got very argumentative when I pushed back. Told them to mail info to an address they had - this won't happen it turns into a federal crime. BTW they call my home number asking for the business (very old information) called everyday for like 2 weeks and left vague messages about the letter.

They have called me several times for a debt they say I had from One Stop Camera.  I have never purchased anything from this place.  My attorney has sent and faxed them a letter which should have stopped the calls.  They didn't.  I have given them my attorney's name and phone # twice now.  My attorney said if they call and leave a message, do not call them back.  If they call and I answer I am to tell them to contact my attorney and I will not speak with them.  I may be filing a complaint if they do not stop calling!

they called today and told my receptionist that i owe money on my account and to call back with the reference number. i didn't bother. this has happened before and we reported them to the better business bureau.
