Folks, aunty_em IS the guy perpetrating this fraud.  They are one and the same.  He's just here to spread disinformation, so that he can keep getting away with this CRIMINAL ACTIVITY.

Just called it as they had called me.  I received the call from 512.454.4757 to call 800.616.0166.  It was about a red light ticket they claimed was from my city's court however the "ticket" I got was not a moving violation ticket but one from a red light camera!!!  They are just wanting the $100 for the ticket.  They can't issue a warrant as the ticket wasn't issued by a cop!  Screw 'em!

Ignore their calls and report them to the Attorney General’s office in your state. They may claim to be a legitimate business and they may do some legitimate claims but these people are maggots and scam artist. I just received a call from one of their associates claiming that they were going to issue a warrant for my daughter’s arrest if I didn’t pay off an outstanding fine ($1869.00) for a possession of marijuana case from 2004. When I told the lady the only problem I had with that was my daughter wasn’t even born until 2006!

I just started receiving the phone calls from this company. They called my twice in 30 minutes. After listening to the message I got kind of worried, because I've never been to court. I called them back and they were calling for someone else. Reading all of your responses helped me get the courage to make the call so  THANK YOU ALL! No jail time for me lol!

Got a call from this number today saying that I had an outstanding fine. I have paid all my fines directly through the court system and my balance is zero. They also tried to scare me saying my license is suspended, I checked with DMV and they said I was still valid. The weird thing is that they knew all about me and my court cases Very strange. And they are calling about something that is nine years old. They wanted to know my current mailing address, but I do not give my info to anyone over the phone. I just told them I will be contacting my court system to have it straightened out.

and i still live here and checked with the court whom cant find it as they purge there system every 12 years they have no other records for me this is a con by a collection agency to scam people

I received a call from this number stating that they were a collection agency for the Miami Dade Municple Court for a unpaid speeding ticket form 1994.  This made no sense to me, since I wasn't in Miami that year and the fact that it's been 16 years and I am just being contacted.  He stated that they had mailed something to my address which he had but I didn't confirm whether or not it was actual.  I have never receivede anything in the mail from this company.

I have received dozens of calls from these guys.  I finally called them today, and gave the operator the phone number they keep calling.  The very polite and helpful young man I spoke to asked if I knew someone named XXXXX Barbossa.  I told him I did not, and he told me that it was most likely a wrong number.  He also told me he would remove my number from the list.

Reading so many of these posts I am continually surprised at the number of people that don't realize how easy it is to obtain ANYONE'S PERSONAL INFO. Try doing a few searches on any piece of your own info, and see what I mean.

i did not call the 1800 number that the message leaves --i called the number the call was coming from
turns out it was a number from state farm insurance. they had no clue that someone is using their number. i will see where it goes from here--no way in hell am i going to call the 1-800 number or talk to any fool on the other end. if it were truly the police i am sure they would have been at my door months ago! someone ought to get a real job and leave us the hell alone!!!

Got a call today from this 800 number. They said that I had an unpaid parking ticket from 3 years.

I asked for details about the street and the date the ticket was issued and he had not information. Also declined to give me his name. Know that this is a hoax since we never got a ticket during the time period mentioned.

Watch out.

I recently received a letter from MSB claiming that I owe outstanding court costs. I am unaware of these charges. I live in North Carolina and researched that MSB has jurisdiction in AZ, CA, CT,HI, KS, and WS. I have no clue how they got my address and the offense that they are charging me is definitely not true. So I don't know if I should contact the local court house here or just forget about it. Someone please give me some advice!

I got a call from them saying I owed a parking ticket in 2007.  1.  I do not now or then own a car.  2.  I have not driven since like 2005 3.  The number they gave me was for a county and town I have never been too.  I called the county number they gave me 888 564-2828 and they never called me back.  Think this is a fake.

If you go to thier office in Austin Texas and pay in cash they do not give back change. They billed me $5.60 for a toll violation on a trailer I had sold years before. I gave the clerk a ten dollar bill and he kept the change. There is a sign on thier collection window that says no change made. The scumbag that runs this company is Bruce Cummings aka Gila LLC. If you want to protest these sorts of companies then you should contact the contract procurement of the agency that they are collecting for and ask that thier contract be cancelled.

I receive this letter containing this number (800)616-0166, it states on the letter that i have a ticket for speeding w/o a licence..i was worried because why will i gonna get a ticket and if i don't pay i will gonna be arrested ......i felt why since i don't even drive and i don't even have a car and i haven't drive yet....so i called the police and even the dps how reliable this is and they told me that it could be scam.....so what i did i try to search out this in the internet and i realize that i am not alone with this matter...this is their address MUNICIPAL SERVICES BUREAU using a P.O.
