This is a collection company.

Interesting - they couldn't get money out of us by using 866-212-7408 so they are trying another number.

I received a call from this number as well. They gave my name, asked me to press 1 if it was me and if not, press 2. I pressed 2 because I didn't want to deal with the call. They gave me a reference number.

I'm also curious as to who it is because they never left a name or a clue as to where they were calling from.

Daily calls to a someone who is not at this number

I keep receiving calls from this number asking for William Slashel.  The recording asks if this is William press 1, if this is not William press 2.  When 2 is pressed, the operator ask you to call 1-800-618-6418 and refer to the case number 9524831.  We have not called because we know that the individual they are asking for is not here. Even when we expect the calls to stop by pressing 2, the calls continue.  The are usually in the morning (9:00) or in the afternoon (5:00 or 7:00).

i got so frustrated with these calls that i called the reference number and told the man to take me off the list and he said that he did. but then i got another three calls today.
so when they called back, i hit 1 and i spoke with this really nice woman who apologized and took me off the list..
we'll see if i get another call.

A collection agency with aggressive, unrelenting hound-dog attitude. I will find them and stop their harassment. They are looking for a deadbeat   who stayed  with our neighbor over ten years ago!

This is a collection agency that has been calling my business number for over a year now.  They are looking for a person who does not work here and never has been a patient here, (As far as I knos).
I have reported this activity to the National Do-Not-Call Registry numerous times with no action on their part.  I am now convinced that the FTC-run registry does nothing at all except spend your tax money.

This is indeed Receivables Performance Management (RPM) a collection agency which has been harassing me for over a year, asking for a Mr. Hicks (or Hix or something - I never asked for a spelling. I routinely tell them I am not this person, and that I have had the phone number they are calling for over a year now, and other than being in the same area code as Mr. Hicks, I know nothing of him. They routinely (without an apology) promise to take my number off their listing, which they never do. It really is quite annoying, and I recommend doing whatever may be possible to put this terrible company out of business!

RPM Collection Agency

This company was hired to collect from me from Sprint...and apparently didn't notice I was paid in full.  Kind of mortified they're airing my business with an old roommate, especially since it was freaking PAID IN FULL.

Automatic system (BOT or ROBOT) called asking for a person I do not know and ref # 29536712

Called from 240-210-7111 asking for someone I don't know and asked that person to call 800-618-6418 and give them some reference number. I now welcome them to my blocked list of callers.
