This "RPM" keeps calling us demanding that we pay a bill about which we never heard. I asked to send us some proof via mail but they refused.

These people call every day, about a bill that they can not prove.  I have told them to stop, yet they continue.  I would like to sue these loosers.

If they refuse to provide proof and you are an individual then they have violated the FDCPA.  You get $1000 plus attorney fees and court costs plus any damages you can prove.

Ask for their FAX number and post it here so that you can send them a written demand to stop.

Called and I didn't answer. I don't owe anyone anything but I get a lot of calls for someone else.

I have received for days many calls asking for a company I do not know to pay a bill I do not owe. I called and asked them to stop calling. They ask who I am and if I know these people. They say they will stop calling. They don't. I spoke with them yesterday. They called three times today. I don't answer any more.

Calls frequently at my work number.  They need to call my home number which they have.

My company has started receiving calls from these paople as well. Stating I have a contract from last year and this year it is up but is automatically renewed unless you give a 30 day notice. I had no contract.

Today a different guy called and left a message stating he had good news for me and that I needed to call.

Asked for the owner and when I got on the line to screen my bosses calls, he said he needed to speak to the Owner or either someone in Accounts Payable.  I told him no one was available and took his name and number (Dennis)

They just started calling me today.  I had called the number back and someone very unprofessional answered.  They are calling my cell, do not leave a message.  I have no idea what they are calling for.

Oh yes, they started calling us this weekend - Jose is his name - about an unpaid "cellphone bill"....and of course we don't have any company cellphones. I really hope they do not continue to bother us as they have done to you all.

They call me about every other day.  I ignored the calls for a week. I finally answered today.  Instead of someone answering it said wait for the next avalible teller.  I did and they asked why I called.  I told them they called me.  They asked if I were a company. I said no. When asking how to get them to stop calling they hung up.  I called back and they hung up agian when I told them I wasn't a business and how to make them stop calling.  My email is <durrourj@muohio.edu> If there is anyone out there who knows what to do please emial me.

Oh yeah i forgot to mention they said something about Queen City Collision.

I called for the fax number and this time they siad they were RPM.

They called my parents home looking for me.  Calling them back they would only say they are a Financial Institute. Then they wanted a phone number. no more info than they wanted a phone number.

unknown caller, for unknown reason, asks to speak to an 'Accounts Payable' . This is a harassing call and my number is on the do not call list.

Someone named Mr. Herd (sp?) has left different 2 messages regarding some bill. He said he needs accounts payable to call him back regarding reference #8154039.  The number he has been calling, though, is a residential number (my house). I returned today's call, and, after waiting on the line for 15 minutes, the man I spoke with said he would take my number out of the system.

This company "FNCB" (800-618-6705) calls at least 3 times a week. For awhile they left no message on my answering machine. Finally this time they did. With a message saying: "This is a communication debt collector". And before they hang up, they say "Rose it's time to pay up"!
I don't owe anyone. Why are they not being investigated? After reading so many annoying comments.

2 calls on a Sunday and 1 so far today.

I do not answer calls from a number I do not know.

I've been getting calls from this number too. They say they are "rpm," and they need to speak to accounts payable. I haven't called them back, but they have left a few messages, and I've seen their number on my caller ID several times over the last week or so.

I absolutely don't have any overdue bills, so I know this is either a mistake or a scam. Plus, they are calling me at a number I NEVER give out for bills. Can we sue them collectively? This is ridiculous.
