    I called this morning and was able to talk with a real person(800 636 2379)EST 9AM-5PM they indicated to me that this anual fee is charged from a credit card offer and you must contact them after the 30 day free trial offer. I never authorized the 30 day trial in the first place.After speaking with the operator they assured me this would be deleted within the next 5 business days from my credit card and would show up the  next billing cycle as a credit.

    I just realized these people have been billing me for 14.99 every month for the last 4 months. the last one emptied my checking account and I end up with overdraft fees. I called the number posted above and talked to a person. they said I had signed up for it, which i didn't. and that they can only credit me back the last 2 payments of 14.99, and that it will take 2 months.

    I've had two dealings with these jerks! First of all they billed me for $8.99 for two months before I noticed it, supposedly for TLG Great Fun. I filed a complaint with my credit card company and they closed out my account. NOW, this company has charged $129.99 to my NEW credit card for TLG Complete Home. What the hell?  Can they just arbitrarily charge whatever and whomever they want? Again, I filed a complaint with my credit card company and now they are closing out my account again. ARGGGGGGH!!

    I have a recurring 9.99 charge coming at me that I just noticed. It's been charging me for several months now. I tried to call the number and they indicate unusually high call volume on Sat 130pm CST ??! not happy ...

    Did you get this worked out?   I just went through the same thing and found out where the charges originated from...BANK ONE/CHASE MASTERCARD!   They enrolled me in Complete Home!

    How in the hell did this happen... How did they get our CC#. They charged my Company cc. No way could they of got this #... Did you get your situation squared away... What did you have to do?? Go through??

    Apparently "Complete Home" is affiliated with TLG Great Fun, found on the Hotwire site.  I also didn't have a phone call but this is the number that I used to cancel and get my $139.99 back.  The best thing to do is to cancel the card you are getting charged on.  My CC company is starting an investigation into these companies (they will hit you with more than 1 company name) and they said to get that card canceled and get a new one.  Complete Home gave me a cancellation code and claim they will refund me.  Only time will tell!

    I never received a phone call but starting in August they've charged my accoun 11.99 per month.  Did anyone hear how Complete Home got the account numbers?

    I just got my CC statement with a $149.99 charge on it and did not authorize anything from these people I am waiting till 9:00 Am to call them. TLG*COMPLERHME94739353 ON STATEMENT.

    I just noticed that I've been getting charged by them since October and it's February! I don't know how this happened either. I never received a phone call and my cell phone is pretty secure. I've also noticed another $15 a month mysteriously leaving my account and it's my direct debit card account which scares me because I don't know how easy it would be to cancel that. I'm going to call them later this morning to see if I can get my money back. I'm really angry about this. How do they just get random account numbers. That's so dangerous!

    This company charged our credit card and we did not get any phone calls from them and have no idea HOW they got the credit card information.  No mail, no phone calls, just charges?  Now I can't get it off.  Every time I call the 800-636-2379, they are closed or I have to have a membership number which I don't have?   Seems to be a company who does nothing but charge credit cards for money, no product, no service, no nothing!
