The phone number 800-636-5179 is from TCI (Total Call International).  This company have a very bad business practice. They will keep calling you even if you are on the government  Do Not Call list. Every time they call they leave a message and soon will clog up your voice inbox. Do not do business with this company!

This company says I owe a balance from 3-4 years ago.  I spoke to Customer Service, if you can call it that, at that time and they said my account would be at a $0 balance.  Now they call almost on a daily basis stating I owe $4.??, from my account over 3 years ago.  They are spending more money calling my number all the time than what I owe.  Their female Customer Service rep was belligerent, argumentative, and flat out rude.

TCI International phone service.  Discontinued their service September last year.   Still calling and calling and calling and calling.   Talked to their so called customer service, who asked how I wanted to pay the bill ......... for $1.47 .... not interested that I discontinued their service six months ago, just want that dollar.
