The person they call for does not live here. I can't tell them because it is an automated call and want him to press 1. I did that to tell them they had the wrong number but no one answered back. Stop calling!!!!

Whoever this is - and I intend to report them to the FCC (I am on the no call list) called twice on a Sunday morning, once at 8:20 AM and then an hour later. An automated service that doesn't even say who the heck they are. I didn't get to sleep until after 4 AM and then these morons call and wake me before 9 AM on a Sunday! I certainly hope hell has a special place for these people.

This is an unknown number to me. It doesn't say who they are and when you call back it is automated and no one is there. They called at 8:30pm on Sunday night. I am also on the do not call list. Who are these people?

Got a call from 800-639-0767 at 8:52 a.m. Said hello and got no response. Called number back using *67. A MICHAEL WILLIAMS answered, gave my #, and he asked if I was a particular person (who I am not). I told him no and to stop calling here and that I told them to stop calling once before/wrong number. He hung up on me! I called back and got a MS. PRICE, asked for a supervisor, she got defensive/attitude, put me on hold(never came back). Called back from cell(*67) got MICHAEL WILLIAMS again, asked for supervisor, and "supervisor is busy on another call." Surprise! He was a smart ass saying if you not that person then how are you calling me from that person's home and cell phone numbers. (So blocking your number must get a live person, but they can still read the number you're calling from). What I tried to explain to ignoramus was that I know the person he is calling, she has used my numbers before, but I'm not her & no longer deal with her. Instead of listening to me, he gets loud, talks over me, and consistently kept calling me by that person's name (Oh yeah right, such & such. Why are you cussing and getting so mad, such & such, it's early in the morning. Why don't you just pay what you owe and we won't have to call you anymore, such & such).  I'm like, HELLO, because I'm not that person and NOT going to pay someone else debt. Finally, I told him, "I keep telling you that you have the wrong number and NOT to call here again. Anymore calls to my house from here on out is phone harrassment, Michael Williams."  He hung up - I haven't gotten anymore calls as of yet.

It's so funny to me how nasty a person can be when they are able to hide behind something. I have done all sorts of research on this number (800-639-0767) and came up with nothing, not even a business name. The reps, upon answering, don't say a business name but do give their names.  Anymore calls to or from this number I will provide a followup!

This is a followup.  After calling from different number and speaking with a supervisor, I found out this is US FAST CASH. I was able to explain to the supervisor what I could not to Michael Williams, and my phone number (finally!) has been removed from their system!

I'm sure it's a collection agency, but there are rules to determine how they can contact you.  It depends on what state you live in.  I've already contacted a lawyer and apparently you can sue the pants off of them for not allowing you to speak to anyone.  It's telephone harrassment.  I'm either going to sue them or make sure I get even one way or the other.  This computer calls me everyday.

These calls are coming from US Fast Cash, a cash loan company.  They keep calling me as well.  I called them back and when I asked who this was, the idiot gave me his name, which he already did when he answered the phone.  I asked who this number was affiliated with, and he finally said, US Fast Cash.  May have your social security number?"  These people are crazy!
I asked for a supervisor and told him they are calling for the wrong person at my home and cell number and asked that I be removed.  Apparently, the idiots removed my home number and placed my cell number in its place - idiots! I told idiot #1 if I get anymore calls from them after this, I will file phone harrassment charges and do NOT call me again.  So far so good...

They are a company called US Fast Cash. I finally got a live body. After them attempting to get my SSN, physical address and email information. I refused and the woman who would not give me her name told me what agency they were with. She did state they have several departments. I personally have never heard of the group they are collecting for.

These blatant harassing crank calls are from US FAST CASH, a company from what I've read is nothing more than a financial leg-breaking loan company, who prey on the weak and unsuspecting, not to mention everyone else for that matter.

They also try to get you to believe that you took out a loan with their fraudulent organization, when in fact and truth, you did not.

I have never had anything to do with these crooks, but US FAST CASH has been calling me for 8 months or so and claim that I do have an outstanding loan with them, or that I have applied for a loan from them. And, of course, these claims are not true!

US FAST CASH want me to repay them a loan, allegedly given to me, but they won't give me any information whatsoever concerning the alleged loan unless I give up my Social Security Number.

I have asked them to mail me any information they have on me concerning the non-existent loan to me. They refuse to mail me anything! (Federal Offense - Mail Fraud)

US FAST CASH also uses 1-800-349-4528. These crooks never stop calling.

I have the same problem as anyone else. It could very well be a loan taken under my name by my ex when we were going thru a divorce. They of course don't care only want their money that I never saw or needed. Long story short, I just let them waste their time leaving messages that I never listen. Yay for caller ID. If I don't know the number calling me I don't answer. If it's someone I want to call they will leave a message.

US FAST CASH called my number and asked to speak to my brother.

I asked them what was the purpose of the call.

US FAST CASH said they wanted to offer my brother a loan and asked to speak to him instead of me.

And I told US FAST CASH that my brother was deceased, as he had passed away years ago.

US FAST CASH immediately hung up without any comments.

The next day, US FAST CASH called this number again, and told me that my late brother had an outstanding loan with them, and they wanted to be repaid.

How's that for lower than low?

I immediately hung up!

I do not know who this is but I want them to quit calling, I do not know the person they are calling for and cannot speak to a real person.

they keep calling me as well,  i am trying to get their address if anyone knows how to find it or what it is, i would appreciate it.

Also, try calling or E-mailing the Miami Oklahoma Chamber of Commerce to see what they have to say. Hopefully they won't be in cahoots with US FAST CASH.

Also, if you talk directly to the schemers at US FAST CASH, ask them to send you whatever they are talking to you by U. S. Postal mail. They won't. The reason is that mail fraud is a federal offense.

Just a quick followup to all:

US FAST CASH will also use other calling numbers that are out-of-area as well, just to see if you are home and vulnerable.

If you have a legitimate complaint against US FAST CASH (1-800-639-0767), which is the current phone number they are calling me from, although they will switch back and forth between other numbers as well, then, please, for your own peace of mind, file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.
Then, at least you've done your part to try and put a stop to these illegal activities.

Follow instructions on the FTC Web Site for filing a complaint, either by calling the FTC directly, or by filing a legitimate complaint online.

The more legitimate complaints the FTC receives against US FAST CASH, the more likely the FTC might actually pursue legal actions against US FAST CASH.

Also, contact your own home state's Office of Attorney General for instructions on how to file a complaint against US FAST CASH.

A word to the wise, and for your own sake, don't ask for or apply for a loan from US FAST CASH! It will be the biggest and costliest mistake of your life. BEWARE!!!

It's time for the legislators to enact State and Federal laws to protect the public from unwanted and harassing calls from the Telemarketing Industry.

The Telemarketing Industry should be required by law to register on a National Telemarketing Database.

The Telemarketing Industry should be licensed by a government agency before they can contact the public by phone for whatever purposes they are calling. And this should include an up front licensing fee, to be paid by the telemarketer, to a government agency before they contact the public.

Do away with the 800 numbers for this type of business. Each time a call is made by a telemarketer to each of us, a set phone charge, to be paid by the telemarketer in question, should be applied to each telemarketing call. Maybe .50, maybe $1.00 would be appropriate. This would surely do away with the unwanted calls.

And, once these laws are enacted, then they should be strictly enforced.

No exceptions!

These laws should also include any other individuals or organizations that persist in calling you after being requested to stop calling you.

Does the current DO-NOT-CALL LIST strategy actually work? For the most part, it doesn't seem to deter the never ending calls from the same abusers over and over again.

There are good Telemarketers who will call only once, and respect your wishes when you request not to be called again. But, then comes the other 99% who abuse the American public and their right to privacy. I mean, after all, who is going to listen to or possibly purchase a product from someone who has been harassing them on a daily basis.

And, it's time for the phone companies to turn around, look at us, and do their part to try and stop this abuse as well.

Call your local and state politicians.

It's time to put an end to this nonsense.

It's time to be able to sit down and relax in your own home without being constantly interrupted by this abusive activity.

It's time that we get back our privacy and peace of mind.
