I missed a call from this #. I called it back and a recording said "your Walmart account" and prompted to make a payment online.

I was called from this number twice this week and they left a message telling us to call back or go to walmartcreditcard.com to settle our account (that we don't have) and when i called the number, the first thing the recording asks for is our card number.  we called walmarts customer service and they said this number was not theirs.

Yep, same here and in fact I got 2 calls yesterday with them blocking their nbr from Walmart credit.

they have been calling me nostop as well it sucks cause now i will have to change my cell phone number.

This number is from HSBC, which is the collection agency for Wal-Mart.  Wal-Mart will say its not their number because it's technically not, its just their collection agency.

They call constantly, we aren't behind on any payments, so when caller ID says that number, I usually pick up the phone and hang it back up. It's really getting annoying.

Get calls everyday??? Who are these people?? They call at hours of the day/night? I wish to make a complaint but to who?

Then you will get to talk to a real person like I did and explain they are barking up the wrong tree. They took my phone number out of their system and all was quiet again.

Called wanting to collect a 10 dollar payment that was not due until the end of the month.  They were told I would pay it when due.   Never like paying on the phone to some Indian that I do not know.

Does not leave a message or anything. Just hangs up. Has been calling my husband at work and does the same thing to the supervisor who answers the phone before transferring to my husband. It is a foreign person who refuses to give any information to the supervisor. Very bad for the job.

Unknown caller refused to give their name or business, were not very polite about it, so I googled and found out who they were in like 2 seconds, the person on the line became nervous and hung up.

haven't recieved a call however i got a person on the line i haven't tried the number but they said to call 1877 294 7880 i googled this # and this is what i found Wal-Mart

When 1-800-641-4526 calls no one answers. It tells you to hold to waite for someone, then you get disconnected.  This two or three times a day.

I get the same call from(800-641-4526). I've gotten in one day 10 calls. I've had to turn off my phone when I'm home. My sister told me to send them a certified letter telling them to stop calling. Which I am sending. They are suppose to stop calling. These people aren't suppose to harass.

Yeah - These people call over and over and over again.  Yesterday I had to turn my phone completely off because they kept calling every 5 minutes, and I am NOT exaggerating.  What eats my butt is that one time, I DID fall one month behind on my Wal-Mart CC payment, SOOO...I went online and paid up for 2 months. Well, the collections associate called me at home and I advised her that I DID make the payment online. She stated that it would not go through and that I needed to pay by check over the phone directly with her or my account would remain in collections.  I asked her if my online payment would be CANCELLED and she said YES, that she had CANCELLED it.  Low & behold if my check payment didn't clear ---- AND ---- the 2 months that I paid online ALSO cleared. I was TICKED OFF.  These people are morons and I swear, this month I am paying off my little $300 balance and I am shredding this bas*ard with a smile on my face.  These people are worse than American Express...seriously....you fall ONE week behind one their payment and their stealing your ovaries while you sleep! It's ridiculous.  But anyways - I agree with everyone here...these people are extremely harassing.

Um - I don't shop at Walmart online or in store b/c there are none in my city! I don't have any Walmart cards so why the heck does it call me??? For how long can I keep ignoring it?
