    This is a call from Microsoft.  It is automated by computer and probably designed as a follow-up call from some previous customer service.  I/we do a lot of stuff with Microsoft for work and they tend to call us back after we have called them and finished a tech issue.

    I looked up this number because it showed up twice on my bank statement as MSFT *Billing WA.  I'll call them tomorrow to see if I can find out exactly why their charging me $20.00 plus dollars a month for.

    I just had same listing on my statement but for $10.79. My son has an xbox live account and they had asked for the numbers on the back of the card. It said nothing would be billed to my account it just needed to be updated. This was done with the xbox... Let me know how it goes to get them to stop billing you.

    hey it happen to me to what can I do to stop them from doing it again??? I hope that don't take money every month I don't have money to spend for stuff that I don't know about... I do have an xbox but I have updated it in a while now if they keep this up ill go to my bank and see whats going on

    This is a total scam. They charged $108.24 on August 3rd 3 times to mt debit card. When I contacted my bank's fraud division they said they had been getting a lot of calls about this.

    I just received a charge for 10$ smh I have an Xbox but haven't used it in 6 years and it was never once hooked up online to even have a connection to my money... Hopefully My bank will have my back..

    I called to report a problem logging into hotmail.  The "tech person" called me back on my home phone to help me, and said he needed to take over my computer to find the problem.  I told them I wasn't comfortable with that and hung up.

    never got a call, but i was charged $10 on my chase account. i'm calling this in to my bank tomorrow so this doesn't become a recurring fee. not only do i not have an x-box, but i also don't have ms office so i don't see why microsoft would need to call me

    Lo que quiero es que no se sabe como uno esta metido  a este Sistema MSFT "BILLING" por que yo no me inscribí ni realce algún contrato solo trabaje  en Cía Minera ARES SAC donde se tiene  un contacto IBOX pero era costo de la empresa y no se pero siguen descontando me sin ninguna Autorización de mi persona mas son  US $ 21.46 mes  es el colmo y el Banco realiza el descuento por ser según ellos intermediarios esto sucede con el BCP que apesar  que uno tiene un seguro que se paga en dicho Banco para protección de la misma en forma integral pero nada

    Quiero retirarme por que están realizan dome un descuento mensual de  US $ 21.46 efectuado por el Banco BCP a pesar que yo nunca me inscribo ni se para que es  este programa, a pesar que comunique  al Banco y tengo un seguro completo de protección no sirve para nada

    A man named "George"  with a strong Indian accent called and quickly cited some kind of official sounding something.  I couldn't understand him, didn't recognize the number,  so I hung up.  Then he called again IMMEDIATELY.  I hung up.  He called again IMMEDIATELY.  I hung up.  He called again and this time my children answered and called me to the phone.  I just left the phone off the hook and didn't answer. There was a warning circulated through my neighborhood watch about "technical support" companies initiating calls to people and scamming them.  This call felt so bogus.
