receive hang up calls with no id from this number, and there is no answer when you call the number back.

this number is Indiana State Police Foundation....they will call repeatedly even though you as them to stop calling

They called this Saturday around noon. On the answering machine some deep voiced guy said,"Ya, David, Hello?". I don't know anyone that talks like that and I think maybe he got my husband's name from the answering machine. It was WAYYYY creepy sounding. I want to know who this is for sure!

I just called back. You're right, no answer.

Are you sure it's not the Indiana State 'Stalkers' Association !!!!  Good Grief coppers ~ get a damn clue !  STOP CALLING !!!  There has to be a law you are violating if I continually tell you to stop calling and YOU CONTINUALLY DO !!!!   Definitely Psycoptic behaviour !!!!  STOP !

These guys try to strong-arm citizens out of a donation.  They DO keep calling.  I saw advice from another harrassed caller on this site that suggested we call the emergency number at the local barracks to have our names removed from this list.  The pproblem I have with this is:  hey know who you are and where you live.  Call me paranoid (which I am), but I will not be doing that.  Is the Indiana "nocall" list enough? NO.  If the FOP gets exempted so they can bother us "scroats" (copspeak for citizens) 24/7 what good is it.  They call more than any other commercial telemarketer ever did.  Somebody's gotta shut em down, but since they ARE the government, I suppose it'll never happen.

I wonder, do they call outside of Indiana? I live in Indiana and they've called me several times. I answered a couple times before I knew better. Every single time the same guy started off by introducing himself by name and as a member of the FOP, then jumped right into his sales pitch. I've hung up on them, asked them to quit calling, etc, and they can't take a damn hint. MAKE IT STOP!

1-800-651-5458 called Saturday at 11:15...when I answered they hung up. I called back and let it ring and ring...then I was disconnected. I did this twice....no one answered, but got disconnected.

They need to quit calling and get a real job1!!!!

Called and stated was Indiana State Troopers Assoc.  I hung up..when I redialed number next day..NO ANSWER!!  Get a life..leave me the heck alone!

These people are not Police Officers (unless things have changed, I don't think they have) at all.  
they are telemarketers getting up to 80% of the "take".  A lot of people, especially older folks, give because they are afraid not to.

They (indiana state trooper assoc.) made the fatal mistake by calling at 8:57 at night. I called them every name in the book in 5 different languages and they still go on with thier sales pitch. So what do they do? They call back the next day.

Hung up as soon as I answered. I called back, and called back, and called back.

They have called me several dozen times. I let it go to voice mail, and they never leave a message. I called back...no answer. How do we get this to stop??

Same thing for me... They called tonight at 9:00 PM which I thought was rude then hung up.. When I called back there was no answer.... Why is it they are not getting in trouble for these calls if we are on the do not call list?

I have to wonder if this really is the Indiana Trooper Assoc.?? They are so rude, and never ever leave you alone.

Caller keeps calling at all hours of the day.  Indiana State Troopers do not solicite over the phone, do not give them any info about yourself.

I found this number on my caller I.D. tonight but no one answered when I called back so I searched it online and found this webpage.

I used to donate to the police.

The last time I recieved a call from them, I asked what the money would be used for. They gave many explanations like teddy bears that they would give to the children of arrested parents and a pension or retirement fund for the officers. I responded "Retirement for police officers? You [***] don't deserve the paychecks that my tax dollars pay! The last time I saw the police doing anything was when they gave safe escort to illegal immigrants beating drums and waving mexican flags while marching through my city. As a result, I've lost my job to aliens who will perform it at a subhuman wage. The constitution guarantees my right to bear arms, to form militia against an invading force. As far as I'm concerned, the police department has become an enemy against the people of the united states and any future donations will probably be in the form of spent ammo."

They haven't called back... until tonight, and they'll get the same response if they call again.
