Did not get a call... I ordered a FREE Trial OFFER bottle of Acai pills.
The brand of pills that arrived were not manufactured by Acai-Burn. "They advertise to be careful about imitations and then send you a different brand in the mail... They charged my credit care 4.95 for a webaccess fee, a 4.95 shipping and handling fee, and then charged me 59.95 for the pills.
When I contacted them at this number they told me there was no fee to try the pills but after you had tried them then you had to pay 59.95 to keep them. Since I did not call about the charge till after the trial period was up then I had to pay for the pills.

Yes, I fell for their ad as well. The offer was a free trial of Acaiburn and was suppossed to pay for shipment only at a acost of $4.95. Oh no! I paid more than that, they took £15.50 from my account. No email confirmation of order, not any form of correspondence from them.

I was supposed to receive my free trial sample of Acaiburn and pay only $4.95 for  shipping and handling. I was charged $59.95 for the capsules. I tried calling the customer service line to correct the problem and never got through to them after many times trying. I also contacted them by e-mail and have never received an answer back from them.  This company is scamming alot of people and is very disreputable.

this AcaiBurn was a complete scam. those stupid pills made me sick. i first canceled online through a live chat with an Acai representative. but i STILL got charged $59.95 & $4.95 for Web fees. this was a load of BS. i called today AGAIN at 800-659-3588 to inform an associate that my checking card account was charged a damn fee, but they still said i had to pay for them because yesterday 2/5/09 was the end of my 14day trial period. PHUCK that BS, i thought i had already canceled online with a representative a week ago. WTF, i am seriously pissed the phuck off about this.

I have ordered them but don't want them can't get them m on the phone what will I do? Send them back when I get them?

I have just notice that i have brought these same pills too but only in the last week, what should i do? The only reason why i have looked into it today is that the money has already come out of my account and they said i wouldn'tbe bill until the 60days are up. Any help Please.

I thought this was the end until i checked my bank account today and there has been £8 "Membership" fee taken from an American company that appears on my statement as very similar to AcaiBurn but when i have rang my bank to discuss the withdrawal they have given me the phone number 800 712-7222 which i have since found out is the number for the WuYi Tea offer....both interlinked scams it appears

The company is misleading. The Ad says the "TRIAL" period is 14 days. They send you a bottle of pills that is a 30 day supply.
If you do not complain and keep the pills after 14 days then it is assumed that you have purchased the remaining pills. The charge i received is 59.95.
You are also charged a 4.95 fee every month for web access.
They will continue to send pills and bill you if you do not cancel.
They will continue to charge you for the Web Access membership every month.
The agreement states that there are no refunds.So by the time you figure out they are charging you every month you are out several payments.

PS They never called me.. I purchased the pills of their web site.
I was fooled into thinking it was really legit.
The real kicker was all the celebrity endorsements from KUTV news and Oprah.
I use to have a fairly high opinion of them.
Now I realize they can be duped like normal people.

YEa they are soo fake, the order came in soo generic. no pamflet, no beware ofs, uh, and then when i called to cancelled i had barely made it on time before they sent out and charged me a 3monthes supply od it!!!! still got charged 59.99 for a free trial! they claim they'll give me my money if i sent in the rest of the pills..we'll see about that.

the same has also just happened to me and im in nz i thought i was going to pay about 9.95 nz dollars as that would be the exchange rate from 4.95 us dollars.. but after it went through to give me my receipt i was charged 24.95 us dollars and in nz 51.95 dollars! this is not what i signed up for i was willing to pay the 4.95 us dollars but not 51.95 nz dollars!!
how do i get in contact with them to cancel as i do not want any further products sent out to me or any more money taken out from my bank from this acai burn!! can someone please help me

hey there guys, i am going through what your going through. im in queenslnad, aus. I went into my bank, and talked to be about it. They said to cancel your credit card and to get they to follow up were its been taken out and they will try and get your money back. Cause i have had another two payments of 97.88 taken out, following that first payment. hope this helps.
