Get calls from this number, when picked computer message goes on. This has been happening for over a week and I am sick of this caller. Please do not call my number ever again.

I get calls from this number asking for a "Norma Allen Wellington" which I am definitely not. When I try to call them back to stop the calls I am unable to get through. So, quit calling me.

I have been getting several calls from this number.  They left a message on my voice mail giving me the number and the extension, but did not say who they were with or what it was regarding.  Who are these people and can they just leave me alone.

A voice mail message was left on my phone from this number.  I checked the message and all I heard was music playing.

i think these people are from a collection agency... dont call them back unless u want to pay some money to a collection agency

The number 800-660-5542 belongs to QC Holdings, d/b/a Quik Cash located at 9401 Indian Creek Pkwy Overland Park, KS 66210.  A Michelle Hollie called my place of business and left a collection call for me in an associate's voice mail box after payment arragngements have been made months ago and I have kept to this arrangement.  This company is in receipt of a certified letter stating specifically NOT to place any calls to my place of employment.  They are now in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Act. If you are experiencing this, contact your state's attorney general and file a complaint.  I am now having to do this today and taking time off work to do so.

When this number calls my phone they never leave a message. Please do not call my number anymore!  Do not call my place of work nor my home!

I am receiving a phone call with a voice mail message from a place that has the number 1-800-660-5542.  The voice mail message said a person’s name followed by a request for someone named Randy Randel to phone them back.  I am a female college student from Carbondale IL, and have no knowledge of a person by this name, except for the annoying voice mail messages I receive from this place at least once a week.  Please stop calling me.  I take my voice mail messages seriously and all they are doing is wasting my time by making me check unimportant messages that have no relevance to me.  Thank You, Jo

These a**holes keep calling my teen's cell phone during school hours. They never leave a message. I wish they would stop calling!!!!!!

I've received a call from this 800 number about a bill and I have no clue on what it's all about I don't want them calling my house anymore if they can't leave a message regarding what it's about...

you could ask your telephone provider to contact this company on your behalf for a Do not call.

I got a call tonight by this number said they were looking for a "Gerald Dean Smith".  I used to get a lot of calls when I switched cell phones but most of them finally figured out that I am not Gerald.  Some of them still think I am however so wtf, stop calling me and Gerald if u exist pay your ???ing bills.

I've received several calls from this number.  Sometimes they leave a VM and sometimes not.  Of the VMs, usually they are asking for some name I'm not familiar with.  I think they expect me to call them back, saying they erroneously left a VM for someone else.  They may/may not be a collection agency (based on the other input I see here), as I don't believe I own my creditor anything.  And they call at random times -- including in the wee hours and late at night -- so call me Sleepy or Grumpy, with some stupid person/system that simply doesn't have any human consideration or savviness.

I'm receiving calls and voice-mails from this caller every day. I've tried to call back and told them I am not the person they are looking for. they still called. It's been for more than 2 months. I'm sick of this. I'm wondering if there is any way to stop them from doing this.

Calls daily, randomly every 15, 30 minutes . . . and also randomly every few hours.  Wierd cycles.  Sometimes they leave a VM and sometime not about an important matter, referencing some account number.  I also don't owe my creditors anything . . . and this is a fairly new number.  I'm beginning to blame the cellular company (Sprint), as well as the telecomm/marketing watchdog agencies for allowing this to happen.  It is sooooo annoying!

I have been telling these people for months they are calling the wrong person. They want the person that had this number before me. Leave me alone! I wonder if there is something in the fair debt collection act that would apply here.
