I was charged 39.95 from Fit Factory. I do not even know who this is; being I never made a purchase from them. I called the number and either a child trying to disguise their voice or some oriental women answered the phone. They told me they were upgrading there system and I would have to call back later.

I called the number again and was told they are a customer service for Raven Media. The first call I made "Emma" answered. The second call "Rosie" answered and the voice sounds the same. There is something that needs to be looked at here.

I called number - always busy - this is a scam I'm sure - rec'd $39.95 billing for April 29 and May 29 - called visa to file a dispute - plus called Better Bus.Bureau of Las Vegas to report - all of you should do same - they will keep on billing otherwise.  Also - report any replies you get from company or BBB of LV - keep at it.

A few weeks ago, I just wanted to check out this page, but to check it out, you had to put all this info in it ... well stupid me, I put that info in it, but after I checked out the site, I called the website and told them I DID NOT want to join and to please cancel/delete all the info I had entered.  They tried to get me to change my mind, but I said no and they said OK, they will take care of it right now.  Well, they didn't take care of it ... I just got charged.  Their phone lines open at 9 AM eastern time ... I plan on calling again.

I also recieved the same charge and no longer can get in touch with anyone from this number. I believe it is a fraud , I am in touch with my bank and other authority.

I just received the same charge and intend on calling today. Will update with what happened.

Yeah, I got nailed by the Colopure thing.   Be sure to keep asking for the refund when you cancel.  It's pretty rediculous that you don't even get an email about this service.

i was carged on my credit card $39.95 by fit factory,qho are they? warning

I have called this number for fit Factory several times and no answer or a message that the number is no longer valid.  It is a scam.  I got charged for $39.95 for services or merchandise I never received from this company.  finally got Raven Media who cancelled my so-called subscription which I never authorized but somehow got cleared through Green Tea Extreme.  I still have not gotten a refund on my credit card charge.  New number to try is 1-866-407-1022.  We'll see what that brings.

Add me to the colopure stupid list.  Just got my unexpected 39.95 charge and asked mysefl "WTF is this?"  Thanks to this web site & people posting...now I know I've been screwed.  Will call 866-407-1022 tomorrow (that is # posted under the fit factory web site, terms & conditions section).

I just found charged to my credit card $39.95 from fit factory. I also do not know who this is. Do we have any rights to stop this? I did not receive calls.

aha!!! Green Tea Extreme!

Now I've found out where these charges came from!!! The best bet you guys have to not get anymore charges on your card is to request a new card number.  I havent received much help from the credit card company on these fraudulent charges because they, just like the rest of us, cant seem to contact anyone from this company.
This is really [***], and I cant believe that people actually get away with this!

I am pissed off right now!!! I have a bill that needs to be paid and here comes these idiots I didnt authorize to go into my account taking money that I dont have to give them. I really dont know how Im gonna pay that bill now and I dont know how the hell I can get my money back. I wish there was a way we could stop these stupid internet scams. These people are ruining other peoples lives whether they know it or not.

I actually talked to someone @ the 1-800-660-8489 number and the girl swears I will be receiving a refund. She gave me a confirmation number and everything. I hope she wasn't lying to me. She told me it was because I signed up for Green Tea Extreme...which I never finished signing up for. Anyway we'll see how it goes.

I also spoke to someone "Cathy Lauren".  I told her how I was going to report to my CC company about all the other fraudulent charges from other people I've seen online and then she said she would refund my money.  

I did receive a refund this morning!!!!!

When you call these people, let them know how angry you are, and that your going to report them to your CC company for fraud.

I also called the 1-800-660-8489 and the lady I talked to was very helpful! I called right after I ordered the tea and everything was canceled I did this more than a month ago and I have no charges still! I will keep checking! I was nice so she was nice

I actually received my refund. I was doubtful but I got my money back and now Im not pissed of anymore.Lol

GETTING READY TO CONTACT OUR LOCAL B.B.BUREAU

I CANT PAY MY BILLS EITHER HAVE OVERDRAFTS OUT THE WAZOO. MY BANK IS CHECKING IT OUT GET A NEW DEBIT  CARD NUMBER AND NEW NUMBER.
