This number's recorded message had already begun playing when my answering machine picked up, so I only got the second half of the message.  It asked me to call this number about getting a lower rate.  When I called the number to get the company's name, they only identified themselves as "Customer Service" and put me on eternal hold.

This is the number for three connected companies offering long-distance and toll-free number services. One of them is Opex (I previously had an account with them.)
