- ml replies to Steve| 2 repliesWells fargo auto finance, probably calling for a past due amount.
- Sissy replies to ml| 1 replyThis is Wells Fargo Auto Finance -- They start calling when you are just one day late! It is the sadest company I have ever had to deal with! When you try and explain that you placed the payment in the mail, they get rude with you!
- old folkieI've been getting the calls too.
But,,,, we've no financing with Wells Fargo. We've never had financing with Wells Fargo. - Little Old LadyWells Fargo Auto Finance. Rude, rude rude people. I called them and told them I just went back to work and needed 1 week past the due date of my payment. Never late before in the 4 years I have had this loan. They started calling my house and cell numerous times each day the day after the due date and still won't quit. I will never use them again. EVER!
- Caller: Wells Fargo Auto Finance
- Really irritated...Not only are these people rude but they call at all hours of the day...from early in the morning and late in the evening. And if you start not answering the phone for them they will start calling nonstop at 20-30 minute intervals. They are extremely irritating and are borderline harrassing..

- JMRidiculous. I'm just the cosigner and they call every half hour on a late payment, Don't use Wells Fargo. Their rates are way too high also.
- Caller: Wells Fargo
- annoyedThey seem to call up to three times a day...little do they know that if they want me to answer the phone, I need to see an ID or they need to leave a voice mail. I won't pickup unless I know who's calling.
- Caller: Maybe Wells Fargo
- LJcalled my cell phone 01/28/10 at 10:51am. I think it is WellsFargo Auto Finance. Not even past the 10 day grace period on loan. They will continue to call but different numbers will show up.
- Caller: unknown
- LJ replies to SissyThey want their money right away that is for sure. The loan officer you made me my loan said I would have the 10 days grace period. To bad the company can't wait for that time to be up and then start making call. Like the other comments I have seen -VERY SAD!-
- hatewellsfargoits 3 days late due to the weekend and yet they call every 30 mins. maybe I would answer my cell if they try leaving a message

- annoyedwells fargo auto finance's collections department. the calls started at 3 hours apart, and slowly thru the day they began to get closer and closer, to where they were actually calling every minute. finally called them back and the lady was actually pretty nice on the phone, but she's all like 'you're 4 days late on your loan' and i'm like, 'yes... I am quite aware of that... I have every intention on paying it when I get paid in a couple of days, which is well within my grace period'... she says 'oh, ok... well, how do you typically make your payment?' I said, 'online. would you rather me make a payment with you today and have you post date it till I get paid?' and she said 'oh no, that's ok.... but I'll stop the phone calls for you... I am required however to ask you why it's late' and I said 'because i have to wait to get paid.' she said 'yep, just like every one of us. I don't know why they call so soon.'
geez. its not late late till it's late late. get off mai back.- Caller: Wells Fargo Auto Finance

- jujuIt is Wells Fargo Auto Finance and they do not wait past the grace period to start calling. You also have to be practically dead to even skip a payment @ all with them. In the past the local office called wanting to refinance my loan and I told them I may be out of a job by the end of the year and the lady said what does that have to do with refinancing. I told her my payoff is in January 2011 why do I want to pay more for three more years or so. I will never deal with Wells Fargo ever again. My husband had emergency surgery back in late May and is self employed so we had to live on my income for about 4 weeks therefore I had to budget and move things around. Since my car insurance is automatically drafted I had to change it and therefore rent is now due with the 1st check and have to use my second check for the car payment and insurance. Just an FYI even though you answer and tell them when you will be making the payment they will continue to call.
