    He answered the phone by saying "hello grandma" I drilled him with a few questions and he revealed he was running scams for money and had no shame, he said he only planned on doing this a little bit longer to save money. This guy was creepy and I could hear other people in the back ground saying "hello grandma" !!!

    WARNING ==>SCAM ALERT<==
    Caller didn’t leave a message on my machine and the caller id said “TOLL FREE CALL” which probably means scammer/telemarketer since every legitimate business I know leaves a message. So I ran 3 reverse traces using 3 types of traces and all were completely blocked. No person or business name, no general location(City, County, State, Country etc.) and no service providers showed up, however the area code is for a Toll Free Number. A legitimate business would never hide their identity and location by blocking a trace. This is the worse kind of scammer that is probably operating from a foreign country that is either spoofing dead phone numbers and/or using a Voip system while phishing for personal information and running a scam(s) (i.e. Calling the Grandparents or relatives and asking for money, Please Help Me give me money, Donate to money etc.). This is an extremely high tech scammer so BEWARE!  DO NOT ANSWER AND DO NOT CALL BACK FOR ANY REASON. Block and report to the proper authorities.

    Call came in from a toll-free number (first clue of a scam), I answered it, then there was the typical pause and "click" noise activating the telemarketer's headset and he blurted out, "Hey Grandma!"  First of all I am a grandpa and not a grandma so I knew that this was a bogus call.  I told the caller he had a wrong number and he hung up.

    Further internet investigation revealed that this is a phishing scam where the caller attempts to contact older people to get them to send him money by pretending to be their grandson.  THIS IS DISGUSTING!

    Block this call if you can,

    I've gotten those calls.  Usually once or twice a year.  Never heard of a grandparent scam being run from a call-center. Seems the background noise would be a clear signal that it's a scam.  New one on me.

    "Hello, Grandpa?" Could hear my own voice echo in background after time delay. Said "Hello," again--pause--then said "Who are you calling?" Caller replied "You son of a [***]!" and clicked off. Snicker!
