The caller display read "out of area", so I didn't pick up. No voice-mail was left.

This number called one of my family members for me....didnt want to give any other information.

Called and had the wrong number, would not tell me the name of their company or what the needed.

Cynthia called, just now, gave no info, said she was witht the regional adjustment bureau... Pretty sure it was for past dues.

I have got several calls from this number & again, you do have the wrong number.!

Received a message from Wanda Baker at this number on my answering machine that urgent I return call.  Found it was a collection agency looking for someone with a different middle name than me.

Janett Park call me and left a message. the caller id is 1-800-829-7204 but she left her as as 1-800-668-5715. it's urgent to call her back. yeah she call me on my cell. dammed.

My brother got a call from this number 1-800-668-5715(Hillary Hudson) asking for me, saying she been trying for weeks to get awhole of me.  When he asked what it concerning she reply its personally, so he gave her a couple of personal choice words then told her to have a good day.

These people called my aunts house in IL looking for my father. when they got ahold of him they asked for me. My father for course gave them no info. But he then called my mom to find out what was going on. My mom notified me, and she said she would call for me to see what they wanted. Well she called, they asked who she was to me. She said my mother. My mother asked what was this reguarding, they told her it was personal. Then had the nerve to asked her for a # where they could reach me at. She told them she would have me call them, they gave her this #. A week later they were calling her at her place of business looking for me. She got really mad about that.

Collector for a student loan that I have paid... will not do their homework b4 calling.

Called my mother at her house (I only had her cell number and not her house number) and told her that I "Had better call in 24 hours or else".  I called them back but would not give them my social and they "could not find me in their system".  They would not tell me who they were or what they wanted.

This is the phone number for "Regional Adjustment Bureau" primarily a student loan collection agency. According to their website:

A Hilary Hudson and a Regina Conners is calling my neighbors..  telling them that they are a Debt collection agency...and I owe a Debt and haven't paid my bills...
they have broke a privacy act law
and i'm seeking legal advice love to start a class action lawsuit...

She called and said I needed to call X5318 "very important".  I called and they answered "hello" so I asked where I was calling and she says she answers the phone for a lot of people.  I hung up.

I received a note from my next door neighbor (whom I have known only 3 months), and only her first name, to call this number 1-800-668-5715 regarding my son Donald.  It was important that I get in touch with them in the next 2 or 3 days.
1.  I do not have a son named Donald, BUT I have lost one son, do have another son who recently moved out of state.  This message scared the crap out of me.
2.  I called the number and asked what the company did -- i.e. collection agency, funeral home, hospital.  She said there were 34 divisions, and that she would not tell me what any of the divisions did.
3.  She could not find my name on her list and said the call must have been made in error.
4.  I told her that was not good enough.  Since she had called a neighbor of mine and told the neighbor to give me the message, it must be important concerning one of my children.
5.  She reiterated the call must have been in error and to ignore it.
6.  I am still shaking thinking one of my children was injured.  Being a retired paralegal in the area of collections, I have plenty of time now not to let this end here.

Got a call from (800) 829-7204 asking for me, but regarding my boyfriend's mother! Caller said he was with the Regional Adjustment Bureau and his name was Chris Wilson. Said that the mother put me down on a "reference list". Asked if this was regarding a bill and he kept saying it was a personal matter. She could not have used me as a reference since she does not have my phone number. They wanted her to call 800-668-5715.

I told them to stop calling me and put them on my call filter so the get a message that I am not accepting calls from them when they try to call back.

RAB, took over my debt for student loans, I never received any letters or phone calls. I called my student loan company to make a payment and they gave me their information. I called and Got a rep by the name of Julie Majors. She informed me that my taxes had been offset. I never received notice about this so I called the IRS and sure enough they were. She asked if I wanted to set up a payment plan and I was not ready to do that. She called me every day for about 3 weeks. I consolidated my loans and that paid them all off. Now I cant get anyone over there to talk to me. They tell me to call back in 3hrs or they are really rude to me.Julie majors is no where to be found. they always tell me that I am calling at the wrong time. I am starting to think that this small company is only good at one thing Harassing the hell out of you. Now noone knows when I will be taken off the offset list so I cannot file for my income tax.

A Chris Wilson called me from this number this morning wanting the number of one of my granddaughters. I wouldn't give it to him, but  said he could give me his and I would relay it to her.
THEN, I googled the number as it came up as unknown caller on our caller ID.
He also thought she was a he, until I told him different.
How did this guy get our phone number??? We don't even live in the same area code as she does and she does not have the same last name.
