Yes, I have also received the same message.  I looked up the toll free number and it is listed for Galaxy Financial 1000 Main St Suite 310 Voorhees NJ 08043 856-751-9365.  When I dialed the number there was a rapid busy tone.  I am curious to find out if it is the same place.

i recieved the same, and he states it is not solicitation...anyway, something about a decision needing to be rendered and would like my approval...blah, blah, blah

This scumbag called me and said it had to to with a school board and a friend of mine who committed suicide over twelve years ago and that I was involved and "they needed to hear my side of the story" . Man what a pack of scumbags that uses a personal event to get you to call.

Kevin Hendrix called me and left a message for me saying that he had a claim filed against me and wanted me to call him to rectify it before it went any farther. It was claim number 015363-9. Didn't say a company name or what kind of claim or anything. What's worse, he called my elderly father's phone number and scared him almost to death because he thought I had been in an accident. Jerks.

Received a harassing call from Dan Gonn, looking for Juan.  When told he had the wrong #, he asked me how long have I had this number.  Told him that's none of your business you have the wrong number.

Got from Chris Brad stating someone had filed a complaint against me and it went back a couple of years ago. he had my old address and then my new address. Did not state company name but tried to get me credit card info to clear a debt. But he did give me a money gram code to have money sent in each month

Some guy whose name given was "David Allen" has been calling all my relatives asking them to call me and have me call him. Evan called my daughter-in-laws mother and told her the same thing. Said something about my student loan. I am 68 years old and never borried a penny from anyone to go to school. Absolute idiot. The question is; what can be done about these morons? If anyone has an idea, please let me know.

So this guy Chris Brad or Bradley called me saying he had an important business matter to discuss with me then he emailed me (he prob. got my email address from a google search) Anyway the first email stated "I have an important business matter to discuss with you" Honestly I thought this was a telemarketer so I ignored it. Then I got this email "I've tried to reach you by phone and email at least 3 times.  This is one of those bad news/good news situations but if you're talented at developing websites I might have a deal you'll like.

First of all he emailed me once this was the second email , secondly I didn't know what he wanted or who he was so why the heck would I respond. Again he prob. found out about me doing websites from google.

I wrote him asking specifically what this was regarding at this point and he told me it was for a dept that was inquired over 10 years ago. now he wrote me again...
"I love how you just ignore this, as if that will make the problem go away.

Why don't we work together on this, I could use some help building a website and maybe there's an agreement we could make.

This seems kind of scary to me I am feeling as though I am beings stalked or something... kind of a crazy thing to say I think... I don't know.

This guy Will called me he was very pleasant and polite and was very helpful once we finally had a conversation. he was able to help me with a problem i had had for years. Thanks ACS

i got a acall from a sherry banks stating that i had called them on july 11 which i did to find out who this is calling me all day long every single day and she answered this is sherry and i asked what company is this and she said who are you. i asked again and then she put her supervisor brad on the phone who preceded to ask me who this is and i told him and i then asked what company is this and why are you harrassing me. he told me it had to due wth an outstanding loan. i asked him to mail me the loan document and i will look it over and call back if it is legit to make payments. he proceeded to get irate with me and threaten me stating that he is going to report me since i wont make any payments. i again told him to please stop calling me and mail me the loan document. he got even more angry and threaten to send this to the credit agency and i said go ahead and he hung up on me

i then tried calling back on the number and it was fast busy signal. i tried for days and nothing then on the following friday the 17th sherry called be and left a vm

she again called me today to say she really wants to work with me.

these people call me everyday and have yet to provide any proof of this loan.

i am reporting them to the attorney general of new jersey they need to be stopped

Yeah Dan Gunn called me at WORK leaving an irate and threatening voicemail telling me he has called this number all week and I am never at my desk and he needs to talk to me and give me a chance to tell my side of the story and he is flexible. I am not calling this idiot back because first of all I already know it is probably a collection agency that is using horrible illegal practices to harass people, and secondly I know I have done nothing that requires "my side of the story." So I will keep avoiding the calls, LOL!

received a call from someone mispronouncing my father-inlaws/brother inlaws name. Identified himself as dan gunn of ACF gave me a claim number and told me it was urgent that my  father inlaw call him back at 800-677-8277 as he had been trying to reach him at home, and my number was listed as a secondary contact. I dialed the number back on my caller id "ACF, Sherry speaking".
Thought it was legit until I came across this site.

Caller identified herself as Shannon.  Left message in a threatening tone for my first name to call 1-800-677-8277 to resolve some unstated issue "or we'll take care  of it without you.  Left a "claim number of 0645065.  When I returned call, a male answered saying ACS asked for reference number (gave him claim number) and then transferred the call to Shannon.  I identified myself by my first name.  She asked my last name.  I told her I would not give her that, but would give her the claim number.  She said is this (my first name) Scheibner.  I said no.  I asked the reason for the call, how she got my first name.  She said if I was not the person, then I had no need to know.  Then she said "have (my first name) Scheibner call me" and hung up. I am filing a complaint with the Pennsylvania Attorney General Office.

Someone claiming to be "David Allen"  called my parents to try to get a hold of my roommates sister.  As I have no connection to her why is he bothering me?  And how did he connect me to her sister?  I was bothered that this person was involving my family in this so I called the number and the man answered the phone saying my fathers name!  I told him it was his daughter and he told me that he needed to contact my roommates sister regarding a business matter that was very important!  He even gave me a reference number 025469-1.  Be careful everyone.

This same Shannon person has been calling my direct line at work for the past week or so leaving threatening messages. She is calling me by my first name, saying she is needing to resolve a business matter and that it isn't going to go away. She never leaves a business name at all. I have no idea who or what this company is, but I certainly do not have any business with them. She keeps saying that she is going to fax things to me. I don't know who or where she is calling from and I don't know how she got my name and number, but just a warning, please be careful. She has more than enough information about me to make me uncomfortable, particularly since I do not recall having a business matter that is unresolved in any manner.

Received voicemail from this number, it was an automated voice however.  Claimed it was not a sales/solicitation call, but left no claim number.  Will not be calling back.

ACS is a collection agency who uses scare tactics and white pages to find possible relatives and will call them and use threats of courts, arbitrary and mediators....This  falls under harassment and they can not do squat.  This is rented space and they use a landline phone through verizon.  Digiulio's Family Shoes use to have that number.  This collection agency is located in Merchantville, NJ.  All phones are equipped to push *57 (trace) and *69 (call return).  (856) 667-5450 are not attorneys!!! They are mere pee ons.

I totally don't believe you!!  What problem could you possibly have had that these people helped you with?  You weren't sure if your ringer was working?
Puhleez, these turds are scammers of the worst kind and I hope they call me back so I can string them along and take up as much of their time as possible.  The more time they waste with me, the less time they have to scam someone else!

They are a collection agency.  They will at least try and mediate with the issue.  Work with them if you can.
