We applied for an online loan of $200 and this company charged our bank account $149.95 twice now, saying we have to PAY THEM before they will loan to us.  This wasnt in the agreement, and now my banks overdrawn and it was last month as well when they did this crap.  If you call them at the number shown, they say youre stuck because you signed an online form with them.  I dont know how to get out of it and i dont want to file bankruptcy just to get one measily company off my back.  This is insane!

i have not had a problem with this card since i had it until this month. they have been charging my account the normal 25.00 that i owe. this month they charged 19 and 25. i cant reach them to get it resolved. they deny the charge, but it is on my account on 2 seperate days, one day apart, any idea of what to do?

today, i found out  about usa credit took 149.95  from my bank account . i am going to call that 800 685 9354 to se what go on ? have you called and money refund ? or did you got loan ?please let me know . my name is scott and i am deaf.

reverse/dispute the charge with your bank.. call them @ 1800-262-4192 and cancel

this is the link to were all this stuff starts www.cash-advances-in-1-hour.com they grab your info if you read the fine print they dont lend any cash they submit it to other lenders thats how they get are info i finally spoke to a women in usa credit(1-800-685-9354)she told me that the email addresss was firstcapitalLendingNetwork.com i typed it in no such address you have to go to yahoo type it in as (firs capital lending network) and it pulls up (cash advance in 1 hour dot com) you have to cal the 1 800 number in the morning just so you can reach someone and you have to wait 1 hour before you get an answer sometimes they just hang up and if there not the only one pulling money out of your account  look closley ive had two other companys pull (49.95) and (19,95) i think these people shoud get this web sight off and pay us for all are hard ache

this company tried to take $149.00 out of my account without my permission and send me into a negative balance. I never would have agree to pay money I don't have. It's the holiday season. Why would you do that.

i called my bank and they said i was over drawn and i couldnt figure out why so i called the bank line number and had a credit to my account for 149.95 and it made me -29.79. so i called the bank and they gave me this number to call them and when i did i was on hold with them for over an hour and i got even more pissed off and called the bank and am now makin a dispute againt them. i think this is bull s**t and that ppl should not do this to ppl that are in need of money.. now a days u cant trust anyone or even many omline sights.

I was debted for 149.95, 49.95 and 19 dollars from this company as well I am on the phone right now with my bank recovery service and I am praying that I get this money back!! I am single mother of two very small children whom are still in diapers. I have no money till the end of next month now..... I am so devistaded.

They debited my acct today 149.95 i am calling the number now, 12.04pm 12/30, i have already disputed the charges, this is obviously a fraudulant company. i am also contact the bbb in regards to this.

usa credit took 149.49 out of my account last week of December, which took me into over draft. I filled a disbute, my bank put the money back into my account, then took it back out again. This has really hurt me I live off my Soc. sec. disable. I got into it with my bank who said they could not reach this company and there was nothing they could do. Well I have stopped my check from going direct deposit. I told my bank they wouldn't do this to me again. I tryed to reach USA credit, it's impossible all I get is a recording

My husband applied for a loan from mypaydayloan.com in December and a month later USA Credit took $14.00 from our account. This isn't the first time either. In December there was another company that took $99.00 out of our account. The bank credited us the $99.00 back and waiting to see on the $14.00

I never recived a call or filled out a email for these people. They took $149.95 out of my account and now my account is over drawn by alot. I tried calling but they keep saying there office is close due to a snow storm.
