Did some search on this number. it seems to be linked to the First National Bank of Omaha in Nebraska. Still don't know why they call. Is it them, or some kind of phishing operation?

no one answers and if it is the first national bank of omaha, why are they calling at 8;36PM

They call my house constantly at all hours.

I got 3 calls from this number and never a message was left. I did not call it back. I am unfamiliar with this number. I found this site and thought ok I will leave a message regarding this call. Apparently it is not important since the person never left a message.

I just now got another call from this number and when I answered it they did not speak. What a scam is this.

it is apparently First National of Omaha.  We have a new account with them but they did not want to leave a message.

Another hang up call on my answering machine 9:24 AM CST this morning.

Got a call from them this morning and they refused to id themselves.  So there is no one here by that name

When I received this 800 number on my caller ID, it was listed as "Out of Area."  When I looked on my caller log for the day, the call originated from 954-907-0000.  I think the caller is using spoof caller ID to scramble the caller ID.  When I called this number, the call goes straight to voicemail.  THis might be a type of phishing scam based on some of the posts given here.  There was a person on the other end trying to verify my credit card # followed by my social security #.  Dont give then your information.

every month or so i start getting calls from this number. never a message left. finally i answered and found out they have great news about the benefits of my credit card. those benefits and the calls ended when i cancelled my card.

I got a call from this number and they wanted to enroll me in credit protection, verified my address then asked for my mother's maiden name and for it to be spelled.  At that point I hung up.  Didn't like the sound of it.

Thank you for your posts, it helps when we all pull together.  Since it didn't sound to good, I emailed the bank as we have an account there as well.  Thanks for letting me know where it came from.  I asked them a few questions.  I will let you know what they tell me if anything.

Every time I google it a different bank comes up, definitely a phishing company - be careful

Is there such a thing when caller ID keeps receiving the same numbers they cancel the older ones out? I'm sure I have seen this # earlier today on my caller ID. I just received a second call from this 800 number and the earlier one disappeared....Don't know what they wanted as I am screening my calls and they did not leave a message.

I got a call from this number 4 times today, and once on Saturday.  I don't know who they are and I don't care.  If they keep it up I may just start picking up on the first ring and hanging up right away.  So annoying.

I am back.  I did email the First National Bank of Omaha at firstnational@fnni.com  They wrote back assuring me that the number was their valid number.  It is their telemarketing number.  So probably other businesses use the same telemarketing co.  They offered to take my account off the telemarketing lists and I had them do so.  If you have an account with this bank use the above email and request your account to be removed.  If not, you may contact your other banks and do the same.  Maybe my calls will stop now!  Good luck.

I too have received numerous calls from this number and at odd times of the day and night. I don't answer but they don't leave a message either. My phone number was recently changed due to someone using my phone number on credit applications and my new number is not listed.

call came in today 7/16/08 at 3:45 p.m. CST. i have received 10 calls in the last 8 days. Twice yesterday. i won't pick up cuz it seems way to sketchy. they call me at my work number. wtf?
