unknown call?

These are spam calls from a very very greedy corpration Legal Zoom.. I used them for 500 dollars more then it would have cost to do it myself and now they will not stop calling.

I get called over and over by this phone number on my caller id. 800-699-4829. It is Legal Zoom calling. I used them about 6 months ago to do an LLC that took them almost 3 months to do something that should have only took a couple of weeks. I even had to call them a few times to get them to finish the job. Now I can't get them to stop calling me with sales SPAM offers for everything under the sun.. They call me to offer me CPA services at twice the price of local and want to sell me a Will and anything they can think of.

I also used Legal Zoom to set up an LLC...they were recommended to me by a Hollywood insider, and they even provided me with a discount to my package when they made a mistake.  I've been happy with them so far, but today I got three calls from this number: 1-800-699-4829.  Three times in one day.  It sounds like it must be Legal Zoom.  I haven't actually talked to one of them, I've just gotten obnoxious messages where someone shouts their number into my voicemail and hangs up.

Received 2 voicemails that consisted merely of someone shouting "699-4829".  Received a missed call later the same day from the same number.

These guys call 4-5 times a day, every day.

Same as you others.  LLC, took too long, now the calls, all day at least four to six times a day. Same number 800.699.4829, and 800.773.0888.  As much as it bugs me, I know there is nothing that we can do about this, until the government changes it's laws regarding consumer privacy, and harassment.  I starting calling them more than the call me.  I finally got someone and she said they would remove me from the calling list. We will see.

I just thought I would suggest to everyone here that you can go to https://www.donotcall.gov/register/reg.aspx this exact address will put you on the national do not call registry list.  You can give your phone number and your email address and will automatically be on this list.  If some one calls you after 30 days from the date of registry, you can file a complaint at this same website and it will be documented and addressed.  Just one suggestion in a world of problems.

We are on the "DO NOT CALL LIST"....doesn't seem to help....I also used Legal Zoom to a DBA for my small home business....took months to do it...Then it was done wrong....Did REIMBURSE me my money & just today got the CORRECTED???? papers back today after few more months....not sure if Legal because document only stamped but did not have signature....OH WELL not going to worry or mess with them anymore......I too get numerous calls/emails to sale me other services....constantly tell then I don't need/want anymore....but they don't listen....tonite I just picked up & phone and hollered "STOP CALLING"....but I'm sure they will continue....If I could just remember to buy a whistle.....

I just got 2 calls from this 800-699-4839  I thought I would look it up to see who is calling me I have a cell phone I dont know how they got my number. Im going to buy a whistle if they continue to call....Great idea

I've been getting calls from this number 4 to 5 times every day for the past few days.  I don't answer numbers I don't recognize and they never leave a voice message.  Why they started calling me and what the point of them continuing to call me is...I have no idea but it's getting rather frustrating...

7-09-08 at 9:01pm Got a call from 1-800-699-4829.  I called them, phone rang off the hook, finally got an answering machine and left a message.  In the message I asked them to take me off the call list and to stop calling me.  I also informed them that I would take legal action if they didn't stop calling me.

This number calls me repeatedly several times a week. I don't answer and they leave a message on my recorder till the time runs out. Once my husband told them to take our number off their list and they said they would but they keep on calling. Please get them to stop we have tried.

This number just started calling me yesterday evening.  Since then, they have called me 4 times. I answered two of the calls and nobody responded. (Computer generated calling?) Have yet to get a voice mail message.

This number doesnt appear as LegalZoom number.  some scammer i guess - they never answer.

Apparently it's a common scammer.

I have received two harassing phone calls from these goons. If they keep it up I am taking them to court. It's a $500 fine for each unwanted call. I am on the national do not call list. They tried to sell business set-up services.

Another unwanted call from these goons. They are calling several times a day. I am logging all their calls.

The toll free number 800-699-4829 is owned by Resporg BCU58.  The carrier name is UCN.  UCN's trouble number is 800-538-0904. You may want to contact the trouble number listed to file a complaint if you are receiving annoyance calls on their behalf.

I've been getting calls from that number several time a day.  I'll pick up the phone, and the other end just drops.  I call the number back and it just keep ringing with no answer.

Thanks, Who me? for providing the UCN number.  I called them, they looked up the client, I gave them my phone number, and they said they are going to send an e-mail to their client and ask to have my number removed.

Hopefully that will be the end of these annoying calls.

Yes, thanks "whome" for UCN's number. I called them as well, if they get enough calls they may do something about it. Been getting lots of calls over the past two days, always no one on the other end.
