I got the same message as everyone else on my cell phone. I did a Google search on the # & got no information other than what is on this site.

Belongs to Acrido pharmacy. If u don't have to deal with them don't. They have no clue what they are doing and you have to wait for ur meds

I actually had my first order through them and got a call.  What a waste of time.  They have no clue, was so pissed off by the time I was done.  If I didn't have to use them I wouldn't.  ggggrrrrrrrr

This is my first time using them. I belonged to Briova before and they were great. Unfortunately, Accredo has the worst customer service. I called and was told I could get my MS meds ASAP and them later was told different. I had talked with a Manager named Sherri who was going to take care of everything. She said someone would call me back later that same day but no one did. When I called the reps had no idea who Sherri the Manager was. She hadn't even put what she and I had talked about in their system. It looked like we didn't even talk. Was then put on hold to talk with another Manager and waited 20 minutes before I just gave up. This company and their reps are GHETTO.

Legitimate automated call from Accredo Pharmacy.

Supposed to be your automated reminder for specialty medications (crohn's, MS, RA, etc) from Accredo.  Just got one myself.  Sometimes you just don't have a choice where to go for specialty meds unless your very wealthy.

This is Acreedo Pharmacy. My Rx was ordered in January, delivered to my doctor in early Feb, and I've received my three weekly injections. Yesterday (2/25/14), Acreedo started leaving me messages (via a robot; not a human) that "it's important that you order your medication soon."

This is from Accredo Pharmacy. I've had no problems with them, and the call I received was actually a timely reminder to set up my next order. I don't know why everyone's so mad lol

Oh so Acredo FINALLY has me on a reminder call for my medicine after I've told them for 9 months to give me my medicine every 30 days as it Is a monthly IMPORTANT MEDICINE .  Curascript merged with Acredo and curascript was professional timely and efficient.  Acredo is just the opposite .  I have never gotten my medicine on time with Acredo but my insurance makes me use them for specialty medication.  After being on the phone for hours each month begging for my medicine while they transfer me and act like they are concerned...ugh I finally complained to our human resources and guess what... They have many similar complaints.. People need the meds on time ...pharmacy 101 Acredo !!!!!!!!

VM message said "This call is for Bonnie Burroughs.  Is this Bonnie Burroughs?"  Of course there was no voice response because I don't answer unrecognized phone calls.  Tracing the number shows a drug store of which we have never heard.  Not going to inquire further. (End of report.)

I have never had any problems with Accredo.  I don't mind them calling me to remind me about ordering my medication.  The last time I ordered it, it was all by computer.  Everything went smoothly.  Not sure why there are so many complaints.

I agree I used a different company before and they were MUCH better than accredo. I have told accredo many times how much there services sucks. Unfortunately my insurance forces me to use them or I WOULDNT

Same thing with me.. Trying to get MS meds for two weeks now.. Horrible Customer service.
