Never got any kind of notice from the "injured party" ie "LabCorp," but I also got a snail mail demand for payment from these scum. It was a very official-looking DEMAND for a fairly small amount, obviously in hopes they'd scare me so badly I'd just pay it. But I'm a Vet... I don't scare.
Also, it related to "lab work ordered by your physician," which is utter B-S. ALL my lab work is done at my local VA hospital. They never send me to an outside lab, my VA docs would never order any such thing... and I never left the house on the specified date.
I put "Unknown" for "Call Type" because the list doesn't include SCAM.

The 'injured party' (the scammers) would be more 'injured' if you had the opportunity to plant a size 12 combat boot up their rectum!

Got a very official looking collection letter from Credit Collection Services trying to collect $37.39 that I knew I didn't owe. I saw the other posts saying this was a scam so I called the number provided to be sure. When I got to speak with a representative I told them that I would need proof of the debt and that info on the web indicated they were a scam operation. The rep hung up. I called again and got a different rep and he hung up too.

Call from Credit Collection Services for lab work that was originally covered under health insurance until spouse cancelled and backdated cancellation to before testing. Legitimate claim for payment.
