Did not leave a voicemail. Called the number back. It appears to be SUNTRUST bank.

I called the number back and it was SunTrust, telling me I had been preselected to get one of their credit cards.

No voice message left. I did not call back.

Just called them to but put on their do not call list.  You should also!!  You'll love their responce. You have to fill out a form (on the phone) with your name address and telephone number.  Fat chance that will happen.

They just called again. Asked to be put on the do not call list. Told me that I would have to receive a call back from them to verify. What a joke the FCC is.

Saw the # on my missed calls list and called back. I asked the guy why Suntrust would be calling me since we don't have any accounts with them. He said they only market to existing customers. "So this wouldn't have been an unsolicited telemarketing call?" I asked. "That's right," he replied. Sure.

I am on the do not call list. So why do we get calls trying to solitictate products? If I did something wrong or illegal to a company I would be in big trouble, but yet they get away with it. It's time America belonged to Americans again.

I called number back and was asked for my banking account and social security number. FAT CHANCE!

I got the same kind of calls from another number before, now I got this one.  I believe that this is not really Suntrust because if you ask Suntrust, this is not their number.  In any case, do like I do, DON'T Answer and DON'T CALL THEM BACK.  Sooner or later they stop calling.  I can attest to that.

Got a call from this number (which seems familiar to me for some reason), but caller ID said "Toll Free Service", so I didn't answer.   It must not have been important, since the robo-dialer didn't leave a message.

I just got a call from this number, did not answer. I am a SunTrust customer. They have never done telemarketing for credit cards in all the years I have been with them, so I would not trust this call. SunTrust always sends credi card offers to customers through postal mail.

P.S. I just looked up this number on another site and it said the number is from "U.S. Bank Credit Card." Definitely sounds like a scammer group pretending to be SunTrust.

Suntrust Bank. never heard of a bank calling people to set them up with credit cards.....not getting thru ever. this sound so much like a spam and a scam.

I got a call from that number. They said they were Suntrust. I told the lady that I was not interested in their card and hung up the phone. I went out. A few minutes later a call was received at the same phone number but this time the caller ID picked up my name and the phone number was mine. It is like my phone number calling the same number. They spoofed my full name and phone number. They asked the responder for Bank ID number and so on. This is getting dangerous. It may not be Suntrust. It is high time the banks, phone companies, and FCC worked together to protect the public.  

This is ACTUALLY SunTrust Bank and is not a scammer. They did call to offer me a credit card, which I declined.
