Wanda - 6 Apr 2007This number has made a habit of calling 2-3 times a day for the past week or so. When I called the number back it says "Thank you for calling American Debt Arbitration, we are currently out of the office, please call during normal business hours or call our...(I hung up about there) Anyway never have called this company. What's normal business hours? They have called my home after 9:30 pm a couple of times. We are on the donotcall registry, but still getting at least 8-10 telemarketing calls a day!

i just got a new phone and have been called by the 710 1309 number 5 times a day for 2 weeks asking for some one that doesnt live here i get the same message when i called the number about call during bus hours
after searching google i found the above information they are a telemaketer helping people get out of debt or so they say i spoke with a supervisor named tammy keane at ext 228 gave her my phone number did not request my name said she would remove it from the system and also gave me the general managers name incase the calls did not stop his name is jim myers the first person i spoke with hung up on me because i called her lady she said she did not introduce her self as lady she said her name was racheal i called back got her again and told her to transfer me to her supervisor or i would call my state dept and report them for harrasement and the bbb this is how i got tammy hope this helps anyone else stop these calls

Bonnie - 11 Jul 2007My answered when they called. The lady was really rude to him. She never told him where she was from. When he asked her, she said "I am sorry your daddy makes you do that. He is a big boy now" and then she hung up. When I tried to call it back, I got a fax. That number has been on my caller id three times today and twice yesterday. Today, I happened to be home the second time she called. I said hello and she hung up. How do you complain about this company?

Who is this? - 13 Sep 2007I have this number on my caller id multiple times a day. I call the number back and it is a recording stating that the normal business hours from 10a-10p EST. No one ever answers. The number comes up 800-710-1309. I have yet to actually answer and get a human on the other end!

I AM calling back during normal business hours. This concerns me, though, because the message they are leaving me says they are called American Debt Arbitration.

Wasn't home but called the number back and got the same message saying their American Debt Arbitration and their office hours are between 10am-10pm EST. I immediately came to look up the company because debt arbitration can't be good. Found this site and now I feel better knowing it's probably a scam. Thanks to everyone who posted.

Tammy - 19 Oct 2007Now I am sooo sick of this i have the same problem as above but i get this caller calling me at odd hours of the day about 10 times a day for the past 7 months this has been going on now i also have a caller ID but it seams that me being rude back to this jerk is not enough so if i ever find this person i am gonna beat his or her with his or her own phone. I am not making a threat I am making a promise cuz i am so sick of this. We are talking 2 or 3 am it seems not to matter what hours it is and they seem not to care about peoples sleep Well enough is enough Im gonna look into buying a tap on my phone that will give me the directions to their business so i can go in there and show them who NOT to call!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hmm Or I could do some internet searching for their address

Larry - 7 Nov 2007ADA (American Debt Arbitration) is just that. They help people, who are over their heads with credit card debt, get out of debt and restore there credit rating. Lots of people are very happy with their service. I'm not sure what the deal with the phone number is though. I'll see what I can find out. Stay tuned.

rannel - 5 Dec 2007they call & ask for my husband & then hangup when I ask to take a message. They call several times a day. I looked up their number, found their name & went to the website. I know how they got my phone number. They are a partner with NATIONWIDE. That is my insurance company. I have homeowners as well as car insurance with them. Not happy, they say they don't "sell" my information, no, they give it away!

They not gonna sucker me into this crap, because i can handle my debt. Thanks for all that blogged because I did my research at BBB and they not on the books. Just go with someone else if you choose this kind of path. thanks
