automated caller requesting information about a unpaid bill.  they leave a message that states "if you stay on the line then you admit you are ..."  Funny how that works no matter if you pick up or not.

Just received a call from this collection agency. They tried to acquire information about me (recording all the time).  I informed them I was recording our conversation and was informed I could not record them. I informed them I will continue to record as they are recording out conversation. Do not give them you number since all number are dial my computer, and they stated they do not have you number, funny about caller id.

Stupid people, I am so tired of them...I called back, customer service asnwered. I complained, they said they tried to reach Rebecca-- no Rebecca here... I said remove our phone number and never call again, the lady said OK.

A google search for "@infinitygr.com" gives a contact in their IT department.

They have been calling my house looking for a person that used to have our number and the woman from Infinity was rude to the point I cursed her out and hung the phone up.  She called back but this time with a blocked number and called me stupid B----! I said no your are the stupid B----!, before she hung up.  I called the company back and said I was going to file harassment against them. They have not called back since then.

They sent me a letter telling me I owed a company named Rollins, Inc. $105.00, that the client has been trying to reach me about this and recommended I pay the balance in full.

I called and left a message that I need this debt validated and so far, no reply back!  

I have never done business with a company named Rollins, Inc. so this may be shady.  I'm not paying them a dime!

I response to the last message... Rollins is the parent company of Orkin pest control.  If you happen to owe money to Orkin, they'll sick Rollins on you.  Just FYI.

Same thing. It's the third same message I find. This looks like a computer message. "This message is for <name>, If you are not <name> please don't listen. If you are <name> continue to listen" I called them back to see what's going on and left them a message asking not to call me, then they did it again and I could talk with a very rude and unpleasant woman. She said she could not find my account number and she hang up.

I'm sure I don't owe any money to anyone so I hope they will just stop calling.

They called while I was in class today and left a voicemail. They said the message was for Shiloh Tanner. Definately not me or anyone I have ever heard of. They identified them selves as Infinite group and they needed to collect information about an important business matter. I guess if its way important they'll get ahold of Shiloh...not my problem

funny thing about these calls...i have caller id...and if i dont know the number then it isnt important and im not going to answer...but its really getting tiring this is the second call today but its from a different number...the other numbers are 1-877-728-9891 & 1-206-322-4500

I am sick to death of these phone calls.  I don't know who they are or what they want, but I plan to find out and sue them if I can.  I hope they read these, but I doubt it since they probably can't read anyway or understand what they are reading.  If you can't do anything else - you work for a bill collector and harass people.  Probably no education and no training, so this is the only job they can get.

Oh, and by the way, whoever you are, your little bit about staying on the line and admitting you are ____.  That's BS and it won't hold up in court.

Infinity Group has been calling my eleven year old son's cell phone looking for John Beauregard.  I have told these people over and over they are calling the wrong number and they cuss me and hang up.  I then went to their web site and left an email asking them to stop calling.  Somebody from the company then left a voice mail message on my son's phone describing in detail what he would like to do to me, which by the way is against the law.  I will find out who owns this company.  Surely they would like to know what their thug employees are doing to people.

Same story about automated call, "If you are not, (blah blah blah), please hang up, if you are continue to listen...", and so on.

These days businesses are quick to "sell" uncollected debts to half assed collection agencies.  Even if the debt is legit it's almost impossible to enforce.  Legal debt or not, attorneys are expensive, usually more than the debt in question, that's why we get calls from morons who's intellectual skills are more suited to smoking crack than customer service.

From time to time my phone number will pop up on one of these agency's radars & the calls will start, sometimes persisting for a few weeks.

1. Never answer.  They can't establish or collect a debt from your answering machine or voice mail.

2. Never answer.  The automated call costs them nearly nothing.  It's only purpose is to make a person feel obligated and vulnerable.  If the system detects human interaction, any response you make at all, verbal, button pushing, your case then gets referred to an actual "Agent".  At that point it’s like having a human leech attached to your phone line.

If their system gets zero human response after a while, (sometimes it takes weeks), your phone number will eventually lose it's status in their inbox.  The calls will eventually stop.

Collection agencies are literally in every sense of the term, "bottom feeders" in the business world food chain.  Not actually providing any real service, product or resource, surviving on other business's cast off [***].

If you're actually receiving harassing calls, whether or not you owe a debt, do a little homework on the internet and respond with threats of legal action.  If you have good cause to report them to the authorities, do it.

This company has been calling our company since March concerning a Savannah Green. Yep.. since March.. have held on the line, talked to them... they say they will erase the number and still call. Time for action.

This place takes the cake!  Telling me that I have to pay $103 to some phone company I have never heard of.  First lady hung up on me when I told her to verify the debt.  I called back.  Second lady hung up when I asked for her supervisor.  I called back.  Third time asked for a supervisor.  Told her I wanted her to validate the debt.  She told me she would give me the phone number to call the phone company for that information.  I asked her why in the world I would want to do that...it was her job not mine to validate.  She said I would be turned over to collection.  I told her to do it quick, so I could get started on my law suit.  You guessed it...she hung up on me too..  These people are crazy!

I am receiving continuous calls from Infinity Group Receivables 1-800-450-0737. They have the wrong phone number for Theresa Mathes (479-641-0391). I have had my home and my unlisted non-published number for 1 year. Please do not call me again.

Called asked for my brother. [he has been deceased for over 1 and 1/2 years] they were rude and did not believe me. They asked for his address and phone number. I gave them his address and phone [the cemetary address and phone] I told them he would most likely would be in, but doubtful he would be in a talkative mood. They said they would would contact him......hope they have psychics working for them!!!

They keep calling looking for my brother who uses my number when he fills out a credit card application. that way, when he gets behind on the payments, they call my house.very nice of him isn't it?

They just called me. They said that thye were looking for me. I sak what her name was she didn't really want to give it to me. Tried to tell me I oweda hospital bill from 2000. I had recieved a call from them before and contacted the hospital they say I owe nothing and don't pay the bill. She was rude. I was rude back. Told her I had already talked to the hospital and they said I didn't owe nothing. She said they were wrong. I did owe this money. Well my Mom didn't raise a fool. So I hung up on them.
