Ford credit being crafty and not saying who they are when they call

Very annoying call that is now daily!! The automated voice plays a weird name that is not mine, and it does not allow you talk to anyone. It ends with saying they will call back later.

Get this call several times a day.  It is an automated call asking for Andraes Rameriz. There is no way you can talk to a real person. I want these calls stopped. What can be done!!!!!

Call blocker might be your best bet.

This is just one more of the many Ford Credit numbers I am learning to ignore.  They call several times a day from early to late. I don't own a Ford or want one and have no loans with them.  After this, there sure won't be any Fords in my future.  I now have had three different phone numbers used by Ford Credit in pestering me over several months.  My phone number is non-published, so privacy laws are no deterrent to them.  No matter what number they call from, they ask for the same woman and request a return call to 800-714-3373.  800-566-1298 is also one they call from.  So is 888-224-0159.  I guess you can afford all of these phone numbers if you're financing Fords!

They keep calling and asking for Brenda Grant.  So after weeks for this nuisance I decided to call them a nd let them know they have the wrong number.  Waste of time.  The phone options do not let you get to a human or there is no option that you are NOT Brenda Grant.  Just a stupid loop.  Pack of fools!!!

Keeps calling several times a day From 1-800-714-3373 asking for John or Michelle Menk. No such person at this house. When i call to tell them it is a wrong number there is no option to talk to anyone. only if you are one of the Menk's and if you say you are then they ask you to verify it. Sick of this.

Do a search for Ford Motor Credit and get their information from their page to let them know they have a wrong number or send them a letter via return receipt and tell them.    Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

Ford Credit - actually one of many numbers they call from.  Don't own a Ford.  Now, never will.  Never had a loan with them.  Now, never will.  For over a year, they have been annoyance calling, claiming they are trying to reach a female debtor [I am a single male]. 313-216-2022, 800-714-3373, 800-566-1298 are a few other numbers they call from.  They begin by demanding information about the lady and then about me, if I answer.  They leave a message if I don't.  One way or another, the ringing phone is an annoyance.  The number of times daily that they call varies from 1 to 5 - 8am to 9pm.  They go on with this for a couple weeks, stop and then start again.  They do not verify information on their credit applications before they sell a car.  You can't ask them to stop when they are on the line or call them back and ask them to stop.  The result is the same - more calls.  Obviously, this is a preventable invasion of privacy.  Report them to the DOJ!

Received a call on my cell phone from this number. They left a voicemail saying the call was from Ford Motor Credit for a "Sally Armstrong."  I know no one by that name.  I have never owned a Ford and never will.  I resolve these issues by adding the number to my contact list and then assigning it a silent ring.  That way, I never even notice it when these idiots call.

I have been receiving calls from both numbers on my cell (800) 566-1298 and (800) 714-3373, blocked both numbers but when you block the number you cannot block the voice mail, so they still bug me no matter what I do.

I just got an automated call from "Ford Credit" asking me to call this number. I did (I'm regretting it.) I "pressed one" to confirm it was me - the computer said my name - but then I hung up, suspicious. What tipped me off was when the recording said: "This is an important call about your Ford Credit (NOT the model of my car, because my family has two Fords on credit)...if you do NOT have a Ford Credit account, Press 3..."

I have received 4 phone calls in 4 days asking for someone I never heard of. I finally called back today (Saturday), and got a man who asked for my account number. I have not been able to see to drive in 50 years so haven't even had a car. He said that to remove my number I had to give him either an account number or my SS#! I refused, so he wouldn't do anything. He claimed he " was not asking for personal information, only my SS#"! I told him that IS personal information and that he would be reported. He did not give a name and I am positive it was a scam.

Total scam. They have no information about the person they call they are phishing

They call everyday, they leave a message to call them back. If I answer the call it is not a person on the phone but a recording asking me to call. I have two accounts with Ford Credit neither of them is in arrears.

I do not think these calls are from Ford. Too many calls to people with no Ford account. It is a scam to get a phone payment
