They called at 6:30 in the morning. I searched Google and it is either a number for American Contractors or a way to book rooms in Vegas. Either way, it is suspicious.

Someone called me early in the morning from this number too, and said my debit card had been deactivated and to cal some number for assistance=/ The call woke me and I didn't have a pen and paper handy, so when they gave me a number to call...I couldn't write it down. I immediately got up to get one but the recording only said it one time, very quickly. When you call it back the number from the caller ID, the persons name is Todd Smith from Arrow Incorporated.

I just got the exact same phone call on my cell phone (which is suppose to be on a Do Not Call list), that my Merit Bank card has been deactivated. I called the phone number that showed up on my caller id (1-800-719-6423). I called the number and left the guy a message that he needs to stop spamming!  Don't people have better things to do with their lives? They ought to look for legit jobs.

Do you have a Merit Bank Card? The recording didn't say what bank card was deactivated on the recorded message. I am the owner of a Commercial & Residential Painting Company so I have several accounts. It was incredibly suspicious, and since I have started tracing the number it comes back to a night club called OPM in Las Vegas, and then another trace hit I found was also from Las Vegas where it was for event planning for women. It said something about Women who want to plan an event in Las Vegas, will be entertained at a campsite by their stripper cowboys. The cowboy's supposedly pick them up from the airport, and then transport them to a unknown destination, where they end up riding in on horseback to get to their campsite.. NO JOKE LOL! Let me just say if I went to Vegas with the girls I certainly wouldn't want to be picked up by half naked cowboys then handcuffed & thrown into the back of a super duty pickup truck, to end up swatting flys & bugs as we go horseback riding with them out to a place in the middle of nowhere, then party under the starts as they drug us & throw us in the fire pit at their secret campsite where no one will find us, taking our "not so" deactivated bank cards & withdrawing all our money, then transferring it into an account overseas~that's untraceable! I'd rather have us all picked up by a limo that the casino sent, with a free stocked bar, that takes us to the comped room we'll be staying in, and then hit the town. If anyone finds out who this company please let us know. Thanks! =]

Just got off the phones will all my banks. They stated that the company using this tactic to gain banking information. Normally they'll ask you to confirm your card number and all the information then ask you for the last 4 of your SSN. They use this information to access your accounts. I'm sure many people would fall for it, because of being so trusting. So These people aren't just spammers their scammers! Pass the info on to your friends and family. Take care all..

I just got the same call on my cell phone, claiming my debit card from Associated Bank has been deactivated. I do not have an account with that bank. No name was left, but when calling the 800 number, I get the voice mail of Todd Smith of Arrow Inc. I'm glad I did a search on the number.

Just got a call saying they were from Associated Bank and that my debit card has been deactivated.  I have a restricted phone.  Was not happy to say the least.  Called the police and they said unless of I been a victim of a crime they could not do anything.  No we are not into preventing we are into reacting once something bad happens.  I was also told that cell phone companies are starting to sell cell phone numbers.  FRUSTRATED with the crappy system we have here to protect people's privacy.  Todd smith of Arrow, Inc. how original.

This same number called and message was left on my 15 year olds phone! She freaked out. I tried calling back and of course you don't get a live person and the voice mail box is "full".

got the same thing.  told me my master card had been deactivated.  I hung up as I don't even own this card.  Figured they were trying to scam me into giving them account info.

Call the Federal Trade Commission at 1-877-382-4357 to report this number. If enough of us do it, maybe they'll finally stop calling.

I received a call while i was taking a dump and it was from this telephone number 800-719-6423 stating that my Associated Bank card had been compromised or something like that. It was a recorded message and i hung up.

I received a  similar call on Sunday afternoon saying my prepaid MasterCard had been deactivated. That was I had to hear before I hung up.

Just got a call (Sunday afternoon) and I ignored it. Left voicemail telling me my pre-paid MasterCard had been compromised. Of course I don't have a MasterCard.

I got a call from this number tonight and when I didn't answer it went to voicemail.  It was a recording that said:  "We are calling you to tell you your pre-paid MasterCard has been locked due to suspicious activity.  To unlock, press "1" now."  First, I don't have a pre-paid MasterCard.  Second, I wouldn't "unlock" my card without hearing about the charges that apparently hit it.  Why would I automatically unlock something that was there to protect me?  What a farce and a scam.  I'm glad I didn't answer!

I just got the same call, saying about my prepaid Master Card that I do not have.

I have also gotten a call from this number at 9:07pm on a Sunday, February 10, 2013, saying a MasterCard I do not have has been frozen due to fraudulent activity, and that if I wanted to unlock my card, I had to give over personal information to free my non-existant card.

I am guessing this is a phishing attempt to get people's account numbers.  I've not had a MasterCard in over 4 years, previous accounts were closed and vanished with the big name bank I had it with that went under.  If you get a call from these people telling you that your MasterCard has been deactivated due to fraudulent activity, PLEASE DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER BACK and if for some reason you do, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD NUMBER!

Either call your bank that provided you the card, or the company that issued you the card by calling the number that is LISTED ON THE BACK OF YOUR CREDIT CARD!

I've done a little research on this number, and it doesn't seem to have the same company calling over the years but all asks for people's credit card numbers to investigate the supposed "fraudulent activity", all the while the people at the "company" are probably taking your information and going on a spending spree on your dime.

I got a call at 1am and was sleeping. Message talked about mastercard violation or something like that. Immediately googled the number and found this. These AHs have nothing better to do.
