Well someone must have used your credit cards to call a phone sex line

Someone used my discover credit card and charges appear similar to you like ' Phone-Biller' .I don't know how he/she got my information?

I have the same problem.  I have fraudulent charges on my bank card that appear as "Phone Biller" and I can't find out anything about them.

This company called several times trying to collect money for phone calls that were never made. We called police and were told to dial another number right after they called which we did. Now, 3 months later I receive a bill from CRB a credit company (so called)  still trying to collect money for calls never made. What do I do? Is this company real?   I am retired and on a fixed income. This company is causing me a great deal of stress.

I had 2 charges on my business credit card from phone biller 800-738-1022 in FL. This is really frustrating because 2 months ago my old credit card had charges from a different company. I went through my bank to get a new card which I just started using. As I stated this is a business card and not used to call sex lines so I do not know how someone got both of my credit card numbers.

I have never called this number and someone stole my debt number and charged my account of $200.00. My bank is going to investigate and give me my money back.

What is this?  It has appeared on my credit card statement as Phone Biller 800-7381022 FL.  Can anyone tell me what this company is?

THIS HAPPENED TO ME! i got the guys phone number and name and had to file a police report and everything! its disgusting!!! he took about 500.00 from us

This is sex hot line, it happened to me also. This guy in marietta oh stole my card number and used about 500.00. the lady at the phone biller place gave me his phone number, i called it and then got his name off of his voicemail.

I have been dealing with this company for months they won't leave me alone, how do I get more information from them???

I do not know how they do it, but they have hit one of my bank cards and three of my credit cards at different times over  the past year, even though I have changed the card frequently, never let it out of my site, do not use any ATM except at my bank. American express said they have had hundreds of complaints about this "phone biller". I wish the government would look into it, because I feel there is probably literally hundreds of thousands of dollars of fraud.

Got a call from American Express saying that PHONE BILLER INC tried to charge $170.  They didn't let it go thru since I rarely use the card.  AMEX didn't say how my card number got out but they'll be changing my number.  Sucks that it happens but its better that a credit card is stolen and not a debit.

My debit card was billed $3 pending first and then went through at $24.95 twice. I also still have two more $3.00  charges pending so I blocked the card and filed fraud report with bank who will cover fees if it does happen to go through.

Even when it's a few dollars it's best to cancel card since they follow with the larger charges....

Just got a bill CRB as charges for Phone biller Inc. No idea who or what the 2 companies are but looks like they work together to harass us, from above Emails.

I got a collection notice from a company called CRB (2834 Monroe St, STE A-142 Sylvania, OH 43560, phone 419-517-0032) regarding a bill from PHONE BILLER INC.  I called CRB and they confirmed, like many of you above, that the bill was for a phone call to a sex line.  I requested a copy of the original bill and they sent me one that looked like it was made on a home computer with a credit card number listed that I've never had, and a cell phone number that used to be mine but isn't now.  Thank goodness they had wrong information.  I filed a report with the Federal Trade Commission, the local police department, and the United States Postal Inspector.  Sending fraudulent materials through the mail is a federal crime, which may help any agency that actually tries to prosecute these guys.  I also called a lawyer who specializes in credit reporting claims and he knew of this company and said they've been sued previously unsuccessfully.  He also said they are not a legitimate collection agency and credit agencies should be aware of this.  I looked into getting the claim off my credit report and apparently credit report agencies want a copy of a police report stating my position that this is a fraudulent claim.  I haven't confirmed this myself with the credit agencies yet.  I spoke to the local police who aren't going to investigate anything, but it may make your position more legitimate, as its illegal to file a false police report.  Good luck to all of you who are going through the same thing.
