Danny Morris from MRS Associates calls me several times a day. I, however, am not in debt and dont owe anyone money. i would suggest leaving him hatemail at danm@mrsassociates.com.

Got a call from MRS. They left an idiotic message about suing me and my family. This is the call back number they gave me.

I got a pre-recorded message that is apparently used for every person they call.

They call me several times a day. They either leave daily messages or call several times a day. In the messages, they ask me to call back at this 1-800 number.

I have received two calls in the past week, and I have cleared all my debt.  I have no clue who this person is.  He called while I was clearing debt, so I thought he was one of those collectors that I already handled.  But my debt is clear, so I have no clue as to why they're calling again.  I left a nice message for them indicating my private voice mail, and their need to identify themselves in the voice mail and the nature of the call, or the would not receive a return call.  I think I'm just still on their list from a former issue that was cleared in January.  I was told to call 1-800-749-6434.

They still call me everyday, sometimes as late as 8pm. I am/was not in debt. In their messages, they asked me to call back at 1-800-749-6434.

Danny Morris called this afternoon around 4:45.  He said that he had some information that we needed to be aware of.  To call him at 1-800-749-6434.
We do have debt but are working on getting it paid.

Someone named Pauline left a message on my cell phone.  She said and that some documents were brought to her attention for review.  She said nothing about the nature of the docs, only that if I do not call back today to give her certain information she will be forced to make a determination on my behalf...??? Assuming it was just another sleazy tactic by debt collector.  I do not currently have any delinquent accounts but I struggled through a very difficult period after my divorce.  Money was tight and I fell behind on some credit card debt.  A couple of accounts charged off more than 3 years ago but to this day I still get calls from 3rd party collectors trying to extort payment.  I refuse to be intimidated by their threats to ruin my credit.  It is already trashed but it is only a matter of time before the charge-off can be removed from my credit reports. Consumers beware there are statutes of limitations regarding how long a creditor can legally attempt to collect.  After 3 years of having not made a single payment on your debt, when  you start making payments again any new payment automatically resets the statute of limitations period to 0.  Beware of negotiations with these 3rd party collectors!!!  More info at http://www.3debtconsolidation.com/debt-statute-limitations.html

Sounded like a prerecorded msg left stating to call back at 800-749-6434 before they have to 'make a determination on my behalf'.  Nothing specific and caller id showed 000-000-0000.  I don't return calls w/out specific msgs left behind.  I also am not behind w/ any bills so not sure what they're calling about.  Wonder if they're trying to phish for info.  Move on cause it's not gonna work here!!!

I get a call from the 000-000-0000 at least twice a week. It is the same man, real person, asking ot speak to me, but wiht no specific information. I recently had a friend help me remove a collection I didnt know I had, and now I am receiving these phone calls. He has my credit history and says there is nothign wrong, I have approximately a 690. They should not be calling. It is a nuisance and I wish ther ewas some way to get them to stop.

I have been getting phone calls from MRS Assocciates on my cell phone. Caller ID shows '1-000-000-0000' with the words 'collection, collection'. I no longer have any debt so I assumed the call was a wrong number. I answered it, and sure enough, they were looking for someone who must have had my cell number before I did. When I told them this, I was treated as though I was lying to them and started harrassing ME! I hung up. I still get several calls a day from them...now I simply ignore it. There is no law that says you have to deal with people like this.

Today a person identifying herself as Pauline called from 1-800-749-6434 and, in the absence of myself or my husband, intimidated my 12-year-old son and barraged him with personal questions about myself and our family. She made him believe it was some sort of emergency situation, and so he gave her all the information she asked for. I consider that she has harassed him. If anyone has any ideas as to whether this is a case for a legal complaint, I would be eager to hear it. Thank you.

What she did was illegal!!! I think Danny Morris is now Danny White.  Either that, or they all call themselves Danny. Sounds like this may be one of the new off-shore collection agencies - definitely an accent. (Yesterday, same number, different (male) person.)

I got bunch of phone calls too from them on my cell phone.  I called them to find out, they looking for someone else who had this number before me.  They said they would take my number off their list, but that remains to be seen.  
Some people here mentioned, the guy they talked to had an accent.  there are alot of foreigners living in the newark, NJ area where this MRS is located.
anyway....

received a call at work on the operator line, the number showed 000-000-0000 in the number line. i answered, it was a recording saying "this is danny morris, it is imperitive that you call me back immeadiatly regarding a very important financial decision i have to make on your behalf, it is imperitive that you call me as soon as you can at 1-800-749-6434."  so, i got with a co-worker, we put it on speakerphone and called the number for giggles.  i got a guy with a middle-eastern accent who started asking me all kinds of questions, i asked him what business he was in, not giving him any answers, and finally he said that he was with a "financial holdings company".  i hung up.
