A charge of 9.99 showed up on my bank account this morning even though I did not purchase a copy of my credit report from TransUnion.  When I call the number, I got a voice msg that I had reached a Chelsea Muffit.  I left a msg and waiting for a return call.  I tried calling another number for Transunion but could not verify it.

I got a charge on my bank account from this number and i called and havent heard anything back

i also received 2 amounts of 9.99 on my card from transunion and I have not requested those reports either but when I called the persons name was Jennifer Olsen... I went ahead and had my card cancelled.

I have a repeat charge of 9.99 each month from this company ,credit report. When I try to cancel I can't get anyone at the number listed on my bank statement and noone calls me back when I leave a message...What can I do?

Woman answered after automated hello - seemed small time in my opinion.
Supposedly called "Credit Advantage" - does credit reports exclusively for Lexington Law Firm out of Salt Lake that helps people fix their credit.

Do not feel bad.. Early this morning that number 1-800-756-9684 has taken out $12.99 of my bank account. And all day today I been calling and cancelling my accounts, so forth.. It's too bad that we can not complain about things like or sue them..

I woke up this morning and checked my accounts as I usually Do and found an authorized transaction. 14.99 from some firm called credit advantage ... Never authorized this and now paying hell to not only get my money back but also to get them to admit they charged m y account over night at 03:20 AM On 8/7/2016  ... additionally, i got A crazy phone call from some guy saying that i  signed up for this and I Did NOT!!!.. his name is Aurie.. and now this morning I have a 14.99 I filed A Complaint and Filed A Report with my Bank ... Good luck

This company called me to try to buy their credit report and repair but i did not give them permission.  I told them to cancel it but i have received 2 withdraws from my bank account for 14.95 each and the 1st time they over drew my account so i had to pay 14.95 + 30.00 for an overdraft fee! I want this stopped now!

Go to the police and file a report : Theft by deception.

Then take that report to the bank and insist the bank reverse the transaction to put your money back in your account. Then the bank will have to close your account and open another one - difficult for you if you have outstanding checks or automatic payments about to happen.

I didn't authorize this transaction on my account  and unfortunately there is nothing I can do about it

Sweetie do not mess with Lexington Law Firm or anyone that uses this company that is charging everyones account. My husband wanted to give lexington a try and when they asked for the card number I begged him not to well the man on the phone trick my husband and told him he just needed a debit card that it did not need to have money on it I told my husband something does not sound right that guy assured him no charges would be made unless he went forward with using their services. Which he did not cause they would blow he phone up at work so myself and my husband said we were no longer interested for that reason. Well they should of had tge whole convo on the voice recording they do were the man is saying no charges would be made etc. Well they conveniently  did record all that they just recorded where he agrees to it and I say yes but they did record supposedly me saying only if no charges were made . They are scamung and tricking people so now today on the way home I am going to get this matter disputed cause no one had my premission to charge my card this is my card my husband is not on the account. I also have emails telling them we did not want their service cause they were harassing us etc. This man on the phone told me when I said Lexington did not have premission to charge it, he tells me Lexington did not charge it we did. Um ok dummy if I did not five premission to Lexington then I certainly did not give premission  to charfe it either. So now it is not about the money it is the principal they are tricking people into things I keep all my proof and I know the law. It is funny they would not let me hear the phone  recording  nor did they have the whole recording with that man saying no charges would be made. So my bank is going to get my money back reguardless  and tonight I will get on yelp and make a review. I will tell everyone what they are doing. I am also printing every comment I see about them. I apparently ain't the only victim there are thousands of comments  about the same thing. So it is obvious  who the guilty party is here. They have messed with the wrong person cause I do not play about things like this. They thought they would get away with this cause my husband is a easy target but lkuckily he has me and I promise I will get my money they do this cause they do not think people will take action or put the efford in. I will even if it was $2 just cause I do not like scum bags like that getting away with stuff like this and taking from people and their families.

Lexington law is a scam they say they will cancel at any time and they won't charge you they also say that they only charge you the one fee but end up charging you several different things then say that it's not them.

That same company just tried to steal $14.99 out my bank account, I signed up with Lexington Law a month ago, but I already paid them my monthly fee of $119.00 so what's "Really" going on.

Well you were scammed out of both the $14.99 and the $119.00.  Did Lexington Law tell you that they were sued by the Government for operating illegally?  Did they tell you that they have a branch that sells leads to lenders, debt collectors, etc?

I received an unauthorized charge for $14.99 on my debit card from a company that was simply labeled "Creditreport 800 7569684"
