8007599121 AMO - tired of these calls which are not for me!  They call from this number & different numbers - leave no message & when you try to call the number displayed on caller ID - says it's no longer in service.  If this is a legit call, wouldn't you think they would be man enough to leave a message & use a working & consistent phone number - what is AMO hiding from?

I too keep getting calls from this number, they do not leave a msg ,and I can not return the call because it will not allow incoming calls.  I do not know why they would be calling me.. I live in AZ and google shows it belonging to a collection agency

i also have receaved constant calls from this same number. They don't leave a message, you can't call them back and they're not even for me they're for some caerlose dude.

just got a call from them, didn't answer since i'm at work. have been getting calls from a couple of different 800 #s. I only owe one person money, and i'm current. even tried out freecreditreport.com to make sure no foul play was afoot. Everything checked out fine, aside from a sally mae loan i paid off that isn't showing such as.

AMO Recoveries. Violating collection laws in many ways. They told me they would keep calling even though in the past I have asked them to stop calling... I asked, but they would not give me their address to request in writing to quit calling me, as they are required to by collection law. When I persisted they told me they would keep calling and hung up on me.

AMO Recoveries.  Been paying these people a minimum pmt since 2007.  Returned a call to a Ben Parler (sure its probably an alias).  He told me the agreement had expired.  Then was a jerk when I told him I could keep doing the same.  Threatened to "turn it over to the legal dept".

Someone from this number has called several times asking about someone I don't know. This person  has evidently put my name on something.This person owe money to a credit card company. She/he has never lived at my residence. I keep telling them that but evidently they don't listen.

These people are scam artist even working with attorneys. After my bankruptcy they had my attorney  tell me to call them to arrange payments on something that was discharged in my bankruptcy. if they call DONT ANSWER THE PHONE....Save yourself the heartache,,, Please beware of Them.

I got a call from them today and when I answer the phone I got "Please continue to hold" so I hung up. Why should I continue to hold when I didn't call them? I called back and the number worked and said AMO Recoveries. I don't know them or owe them. I've had a few calls for someone else sense I got this new number.

I received a call from them on my cell phone - not knowing who it was, I called them back I asked them who they were calling  - they gave me a completely fictious name.  I don't have anything with this company - think they are calling to get money from people that don't owe them.....

Called when I was not home.  Don't owe anybody any late payments on anything.
Don't know what they want.

Also received two calls from this number.  I wouldn't tell her if she reached the right person, and kept asking what AMO stood for, so she hung up on me.  I seriously hope that this woman's last ditch effort, to survive life and its cruelities and pay for illegitimate children, was to work for AMO.  Because how else could people stoop to such pathetic efforts in life for a $1.  I don't even have debt.  Now freaking out and need to check my credit reports.  They suck.
