Message left on answering machine from a Kathy Shaw.  They purchased notes from a company called Pace Setter Windows that went out of business.  We had problems with the windows and they would not honor the warranties.

They recently bought out my SLS home mortgage. They are just advising of the new purchase. I never calle these companies back. My mortgage has been bought out over eight times in five years!!!  All these companies want to do is refinance by charging me $2,000+ for a lower interest rate and also sell me financial products. I just pay my mortgage and that's it.

I don't like that so many companies buy my mortgage. I watched a two hour special on how mortgage companies cannot prove they even hold the loans they own. People are taking them to court, challenging their authenticity of title holder. It all began with the bundling of the mortgages and sold as securities to overseas investors. It's scary as heck. Our liberals running federal government agencies have been messing up this country for a long time and have accelerated the catastrophe in the last decade.
