The same thing happened to me and I called your 800 number and they are processing a refund. It was for Spyware Doctor also. - MonicaI got a charge for $29.95. The bank did a free stop payment for me and changed my debit card number and pin number. I suggest you should do the same.
- Sarah replies to Lori| 1 replyI was charged $29.95 the other day for PC Tools as well. Just noticed it, called, and they insisted that I purchased it a year ago (Spyware Doctor, that is). I have no recollection of that, nor is the program even on my computer. The CSR processed a refund.
- JessicaReceived a charge from PCTools Global Collect on my credit card today. Do not have this on my computer, nor have ever heard of it. Called the phone number and they said I signed up for Spyware Doctor last year.. but I don't have this either on my computer. They did reverse the charge that was applied. If you have the same problem. Call 1-800-764-5783.
- Jake| 1 replyI was charged 29.95 on my debit card today for this and I've never even heard of spyware doctor nor would I have paid for any spyware tool. I tried to call them and it said that it was a support number but it said if you had any problem go to their website to get help. I called my bank, blocked the charge and the card and had them get me a new card.

If you do not call beforehand than it will automatically be renewed after one year. I called the 1800-764-5783 number and I automatically got in contact with them.
