i received a call from this # on my VM.  The message requested that I contact my neighbor and tell her to cal this #. The caller did not state a reason for calling.

Same call to my neightbor said extension 168 bryan IC and a ref # .

Pretty bad considering I don't even know my neighbors phone number

I have gotten two calls from this number in the last 5 days. The message left on my voicemail stated that their company is interested in hiring me for me to send my resume to them so they can set up an interview. They gave me a referrence # extention and all. I havent returned their calls cause something sounds fishy.

Got a phone call from supposed debt collection operator who said she could not connect me (line was busy), but gave me this number to call.  She then gave me this number to call, plus a reference number.  I have no intention of calling.

Wife took call from this number.  Caller claimed we owed $113 on a medical bill from an office visit 6 months ago.  Could not provide us with doctors name or other info where bill was initiated of who ordered the test that resulted in the bill. Never received any paperwork from insurance company on this so are ignoring the call.  Have to wonder though how they got our phone number since it is unlisted.

Got a call from them - caller ID said IC System and the number was 208-843-1982. Woman with foreign accent asked for my husband. When I said he wasn't there she asked if his wife was there. Told her I was his wife. Told me she was going to put me through to an agent re a personal matter. I asked her what it was about and what her company does. She said she's just the operator. She then tried to put me through to an "agent" (haha) but all were supposedly busy. She then gave me this number and told me to call back. Yeah, right. I just took the number so I could google it.

Same as above.  When I answered they asked to speak to me and verify my name.  When I did the lady said she was going to transfer me.  Then she said they were busy.  Every time I asked what it was regarding she didnt know.  I told her not to call me again until she can tell me what it was in regards to.  She asked to confirm my address which I wouldnt do.  Eventually she said she would mark it down as a wrong number in their notes.

Scam calls asking for money from doctors office from 2 years ago . I have insurance who pays the bills. So sick of this harrasment - ready to file report

Got a call at work, would not give me any information however, they told me they were a collection agency for the hospital and that I had to provide my bank account info to set up scheduled payments. I asked for their company name, address etc, wouldn’t give me anything. Refused to give them any information and she got nasty....and then I got angry and told her not to call my work again and unless they sent me written info from the hospital that I wasn’t paying her anything.  I called the hospital and was told I had not been turned over to collection since I was already paying them regular payments. What concerns me is the amount of info she had.  This is a bunch of crap!

This is actually a legitimate medical debt collector, called IC Systems.  The idiots at my HMO insurance did not charge me a co-pay at the hospital and sent bills to an address I had not been at for years.  Then they sent the bill to collections and that's how I was finally made aware of it.  I called my insurance and sure enough, they did send it to IC systems for collection.  However, there are so many scams out there, start with your insurance billing. Ask them if they've sent anything into collections.  Keep in mind that each medical facility has it's own billing system (even within the same system), so be thorough.
