Calls every single day in the morning and in the evening.  Does not leave message,  Hangs up after answer machine comes on.  Very annoying.  Please stop!!

They keep calling and never leave a message.

Very annoying, calls every day morning, noon and even in the evening!  How does one stop them from calling, how does one block the #?

Depends on what phone you have. On a landline, some phones have the ability to block calls through their company, or consider getting a call blocker. Your phone may also be able to do it. For a cell, many can, or search for a blocking app in the play store. If you can do without one for a landline, shut down your answering machine and let the phone ring. Any kind of an answer will likely keep them calling. Other possibilities on a landline are shutting down the ringer, or disconnecting the line for peace during nighttime hours.
