They call at random hours, leave no voicemail.

I don't know who this is, unknown caller. If this continues, I will file phone harassment charges!

R U KIDDING ME? SO got call from this number and they asked if I was this person and no thats not me but the one you ask for is right here and I then give the phone to this person and the caller hangs up on the person they just asked for ????? WHY YOU CALLING MY PHONE AND NOT THEIRS? WHO IS THIS?

I called them today 3x after I have been getting NUMEROUS hang ups to my bussiness. They are National Recvovery. They will not tell you why there calling or for whome. I finally Got a very nice lady Named Mary who explained and took me out of there system. She says they have an Autodialer that is a pain in the rump. This company really needs a good talking to. Or like my pawpaw would say taken out behind the barn

This is National Recovery Agency they are zombie collectors.  They buy debt for pennies on the dollar, trash your credit with debt that is quite possibly not yours and/or not valid.  I got two hits on my credit report with debt they could not verify or provide supporting documentation and they would not remove it with out hours of work on my end.  Once I got the debts removed they showed up again a few months later and once again took hours of work to remove.  They are a bad company.  Do not ever talk to them on the phone, if they call dispute the debt and send them a letter telling them you will not talk to them on the phone and that they must send you everything in writing.

Just got a call from this number. When I answered and I asked who it was they wouldn't tell me. Kept asking if it was me. Finally after my telling them that I wouldn't answer any questions until they told me who I was talking to the woman told me who she was. I told her that she reached the person she was trying to call and then she hung up. WTF?!?

I have been getting calls from this number for days now, and each time I call them back to find out who they are looking for they say hold on then hang up. This is irritating especially since they call back to back, all day...

They call several times a day. No message.. At least leave a message. WTF..

several calls a day and when asked to be removed from the call list they hang up.  NRA is trying to collect a debt for a BMG Account that was opened up after i moved from the address they sent it to.....Too shady of a company

Yep, it's BMG.  An account was opened in my name AFTER I moved from an address.  I tried to resolve, show them I was over 1000k miles away, and they told me to suck it up and pay the $20 or they wouldn't investigate.  Really?  I was across the country living by then.  SHADY!

Calls my cell phone repeatedly while I'm at work, today they called at 11:50 AM and 11:55 AM while I was working, no message left either time they called.  When I get off work I will be calling them back to lodge a complaint and stop the calls.

This number calls my phone constantly & never leaves a message.  I can't say that it's BMG (because I never pick up the phone when they call), but I can say I disputed a bogus charge on my credit report from BMG not long ago.  The matter never got resolved, but I never had an account with BMG.  It seems funny to me that others getting calls from this number have false charges from BMG...

I have talked to these people several times letting them know I am not the person they are asking for they have told me several times they will remove my number from there list and they still have not,so now I have gotten a lawer for this problem plus I have reported it to the better business bureau and to the three credit reporting companies which I do not know what they are going to do about it but they said it would be noted.

I got a call from this company telling me that I ordered a lot of sex books back in 1994 and that they wanted payment for them.  WTF?!?  I'm not that kind of person and I can't stand porn!

These people call my cell phone several times a day when I am at work, never leave a message. It is an auto dialer telling me to hold for the next agent when I do answer, If you are trying to get a hold of me, don't call me and put me on hold! I am at work and cannot sit and wait for you to get around to talking to me. I have no idea what they want because no one is ever on the line.

This Number keeps calling me and harrassing me.

There are also from outside the US and do not speak english very well and are quite rude.  Especially when you tell them that you are not the person they are looking for - watch out!!

I got a call from them too today. No message. I don't owe any bad debt so I am not sure why they would call me unless it is for my ex. I blocked them.

I just got my first call.  I did not answer but reading other reports above I saw the name BMG.  Is that the book company or the music company?  What I want to know is how did they get this number.  I have only had it a few years.  Considering changing my phone number if this continues.  NOt happy about them having my number.
