I get this call about 6 times a day...sometimes late at night. When I answer it asks me to hold for an important call. If someone wants to talk with me that badly they need to be on there when I answer.

I get this call about 5 to 6 times a day...and on weekends. It is my cell phone they are calling, it costs me everytime they call. When I answer it asks me to hold for an important call. I dont know who it is or what they want, therefore I dont know how to make it stop. If someone wants to talk with me that badly they need to be on there when I answer.

Just started receiving calls from this number. Just like ap said above, when you answer, they put you on hold for an "important call".  I hung up the first time, then decided to stay on the next time.  A couple of cycles of "all representatives are busy helping other customers..." and then it hung up on me. Since then, I've simply not answered.  If it is a collection agency, they're barking up the wrong tree, and I wish I could forcefully tell a real person that.

I get calls from this number a few times a day.  When I say, "Hello," it usually hangs up.  This morning I said, "Hello," and an automated voice came on saying, "Please hold for an important call from Patient Financial Services."

I don't know what this is about.  I'm not behind on any of my bills.

I have been getting phone calls from this phone# now for about a week.  I answer it and no one answers.  My cell phone just disconnects.  I am averaging about 2 calls a day from them.

I get a monthly call from this company about a bill that I paid off nearly a year ago.  Absolutely ridiculous!  Even when I did owe money for the bill, they would call me almost a week before the bill was due trying to collect.  It was extremely frustrating.  Especially when they did the whole call, leave no messages, then ask you to hold when you answer and eventually hang up on you after no one picked up.

If you owe money to Skaggs Medical Center...it could be them.  The lady told me they were calling on behalf of Skaggs.

To whom do we report these people? I am going to report these idiots or sue them. There is no need to keep calling five or six times a day. When I answer phone there is no response.

If you call the state attorney general's office you can file a complaint on these people. You can also call the better business bureau but the AG's office will have more impact.  They are a medical collections agency but they are often very unprofessional, not to mention inaccurate. Also, if you had been placed in collections with them and then paid your bill thru the original creditor- like the lab or hospital- instead of thru this agency, you need to contact the hospital, lab or doctor's office. Tell them u are still getting calls and that they need to contact the agency to update your status.   If the agency doesn't collect the money personally and the original creditor doesn't tell them the debt has been paid, then they keep calling. They assume the debt exists until whomever asked them to collect tells them it's been paid. Hope this helps.

Repeat calls multiple times a day. No messages left & when I tried to call them back all I get is elevator music and "please wait for the next available representative" then finally tells you to leave a message.
