My mom keeps getting calls from this phone number saying that I owe them money. I am honestly not sure if this is a creditor or what (I do have a debt). They call constantly but at this time I'm unable to deal with them (that's if it is a creditor).

Very low voice, told the person to speak up, they did not, told them again, person of Indian accent says hello, this is about online surveys, very weak voice, told them to Email me because I cannot understand their mumbling.
