Keep getting calls and don't know who this is

I have been getting calls from "Debt Loss Solutions", from phone number 404-921-2516. I have received dozens of calls from this number. Every time they leave a message they ask for a woman that is not me and that i do not know. I have called a half dozen times to explain this and request that my phone number be disassociated with this person. Every time I have been told that they will remove the number, but it is never done. I continue to receive calls almost on a daily basis.

they are a debt collection co. calling my house on a debt that was paid off in '08.
