They actually called my boyfriend's cell phone (626-303-1903 is what appeared in the caller id), they left a message asking for me to call them back...then when I called the number back they didn't have any record of his name or phone number, nor my name at all...they told me it must have been a "mis-dial." I also had a voice mail from the same people at work, and again I called back and they had no record of me...a little shady.

Dear god, these people are RUDE... I'm a stereotypical poor college student who's on her own because it's better than being in an abusive situation. Making ends meet is hard.. I'm TRYING to do the right thing and pay off this several hundred dollar balance from Western Dental.

The lady yells at me, calls names, she hangs up on me, and worst of all it's because I can only afford a $30 dollar payment. When I say there's nothing I can do more than that, no way I can pay more, especially the $135 she's demanding, she tells me it's not her problem and that's the way it is. I've been lied to, I've been laughed at, I've been criticized, I've been hung up on, ....These people are horrible at getting their money.

They told me "Take out a loan to pay us" and I say "This is on my credit, I cannot get a loan even at my age" and they say "Well save up and call us back when you actually have the money".... I warned the lady I was interested in using a tape recorder to have it documented that she would not accept my 4th offer to start payments and she yelled how I have no rights because I signed  contract and how she won't say a damn thing.... then she hung up on me. When I called back she was yelling into the phone that she refuses to talk to me unless I say "I have the 135 dollars"




Is there anthing I can do!? They're making me miserable when I'm trying to fix my wrongs

Ok so a couple of days I go I called western dental and told them I wanted to pay them what I owed, they informed me I was referred to a collection agency gave me there # and I called them... they told me I owed 1400 from an account that was only 520?? Wtf?? Yeah made no sense... so I told here I didn’t have that money that I could make a 500-dollar payment she laughed and told me to call when I had all the money....

imp a college student; I have rent a car payment, other bills, and a minimum-paying job where do they expect me to pay? With no payments?? BS

so im a receptionist at work and one of the last lines ring...a VERY VERY rude person asked for me i asked who was calling she didn’t say a name just that it was personal, i told her i wasn’t here if i could take a msg she was like let me talk to ur HR i was like there not available, she gave me this # and told me to have her call this # and she was going to call everyday till she got a hold of me?? wtf?? Yeah apparently they have caller id. And got the # were I called from now there harassing me!!

I too recieved a phone call from this number however they left a voice mail claiming to be attorney's and trying to be imtimidating and harrassing little did they know who they were dealing with!! I happen to be sitting with my company attorney at the time(haha) laugh was on them!! I called back and boy they were shocked to hear that an actual attorney listened to the message with me and i ran with their tails tucked after i told them harrasment and intimidation is illegal and if it happened again the would be dealing with my attorney's ( gotta love corporate sometimes) always good to know that recording they leave can stop them if you know what to do with them

Western Dental is the WORST dental office EVER!

I didn't even have my dental work done there and this RRS is calling me trying to collect for work they didn't even do. I already told the collection agency that I didn't have my dental work done there and to provide me with proof such as a contract signed by me that I contracted for this work. They instead send me my old info sheet that I filled out with my name and address,references, etc.. that I filled out years before when I was being seen by them. I told them that this was not proving I owed anything.

I had an attorney friend talk to them I didn't owe this and to prove it. He also told them to call me anymore. They stopped calling me for about 6 - 8 months and are now calling me again. Here we are again, months later, calling me again.

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH WESTERN DENTAL! (And please, please, please tell all your friends and family the same thing!)

Call was from 800-793-6555.  It was a recording that had my name on it and said to call back some number with a reference number.  The message was so fast that even if I wanted to call back I wouldn't have been able to.  I don't call these things back because I figured a shady call like that has to be a debt collector.

Yes, there is something you can do.  Those types of collection methods are absolutely illegal.  I would either record the conversations, or as a close second to that, write down everything you can remember about previous conversations as well as dates and times, who you spoke to, any tiny detail that shows you are paying attention.  Do the same for any future conversations.  Then, find a law firm that deals with this sort of thing.  They will likely help you for little to nothing.  If you are really low income (and it sounds like you are and would qualify), contact the legal services office of your state.  These services are free and they can often not only help you with your current situation, but can also stop these unethical collection agencies in their tracks.  It will take time out of your life, but in the end you will accomplish a lot, both for yourself and for others.  If you live in California, the legal services would be Legal Services of Northern California. If you don't, you can often google the subject and find it, or call a legal services off, any on you can find, and ask them to help you find the appropriate channel to go through.

Good luck and don't let them push you or make you miserable.  I was a struggling college student making in on my own to escape an abusive parental situation as well. I empathize with your plight and hope that you can find a way to make it better.  Be diligent and don't give up or give in.

The above mentioned person received 2 telephone calls from 1-800-793-6555 for a Mr. Craig Chapman, this person no longer live at 831-648-8842 (my home telephone number). They left the following reference number on my answering machine both times: 7111180. Mr. Craig Chapman no longer lives at 2721 Ransford Avenue, Apartment 10, Pacific Grove, California 93950-5133. He moved away approximately 1.5 years ago.

I am not a cockroach the Manteca Office charged my credit card 3 times for $100.00 overdrawning my account on New Years Eve. This also bounced my house payment costing me more money. I called Western Dentals Corprate Office supplied proof of what happened with no response. This was in 2008 out of nowhere I get a call from the RRS company who sounds like IRS and the lady I spoke to was a COCKROACH. she was mean was not willing to listen or work anything out. She called me names and refused to let me talk to anyone other then her. She told me she was going to call the cops on me. Go for it !! The funning thing is they can call me 3-4 times a day then she is going to accuse me of harrassing her ?

I got a call from this so CAll RRS company in regards to some account.... i Call to see what this was about n every time i called they hung up on me... Then i finally got to talk to some lady who sounded like she was eating or can hardly take a breath she just got mad n hung up on me... i call back n talk to some other lame person who can hardly talk his name sounded like Hurrare this guy sound like he was [***].... man i just finally gave up but this company is a joke

Dianna with RSS contacted my cell phone number incorrectly several times to leave a message for a woman named Norma. I have had my cell number for several years, and I informed them of this. When I reached Dianna to explain this, and that I would be posting this on-line, she said that she immediately removed my number. Thank you Google!

okay so i owe WD  yes i know like  900 dls so now this javier garcia from rrs keeps calling at first he said oh you owe 2000 and if you dont pay by tomorrow wer making a lawsue against you and is going to be 900 dls more of interest ! and i was horrified so i said noo lets work somehting  out i have no job no money and he said well you can make a payment of 500 tomorrow and there is no lawsue against you and i said okay. then he called me again the next day to make sure if i had the money and i said sorry javier i dont i only have 250 i can makey the payment and i can pay 200 dls every month till i finish with the 1900 and he said noo no no am going to have to sue you and i said no but why so javier said hold on and he left me in the line for like 20 minutes so i just hunged up.. okay are you serius am trying to pay this guy 200 dls a month and he is just being stupid!! what can i do?

rrrs keep calling and calling and told me they were going to sue me i owed wd 1500 rrs wants me to pay them 1900 i told hem i can make payments every month for 200 and he said no that i was  rude and ridiculous that he is not taking 200 dls a month and hunged up on me what can i do?

you shouldn't assume...these ppl didnt try to pay there bill...you'll make an ass of yourself....western dental is sueing me for procedures that i didnt get.....and why do you even care...you must really b bored these ppl arent hiding they just said they're trying to pay and partial payments wont be accepted...only they have to accept....they have no choice....
