Received voicemail at 1:35 PM saying this was a registered nurse from our healthcare plan (correct name of company provided in message).  Requested we call back during work hours 8-5, ASAP.  We checked 800notes for additional comments but found none on this number or the different Caller ID number shown for the incoming call.  Returned the call only to be instantly connected to a phone-sex solicitation message; we hung up immediately.  Will now report to state PUC, Attorney General and local phone company.

Local phone company helped identify this number as legitimate.  Investigating with them as to how dialling this number resulted in original problem.  Please withdraw/ignore our original message, as this issue has now been resolved.

This is a legit number. It is United Healthcare's Nurse Helpline. They proactively call company healthcare clients such as AT&T retirees etc. They want to check on status of healthcare for a medical condition being treated.
