I saw this number on my Caller ID. I called the number back and got a busy signal. My husband has a credit card through Credit One Bank. The payment is due on the 4th, so I don't know why they're calling here already. I hope they're not trying to sell us something else. Just one more telemarketing call we can ignore.
wow!!! after reading all this, i hate i even opened the account! i just activated my card about 3 months ago, didnt even use it till about a week ago, and already getting phone calls. don't know if they mixed my account up with someone elses, and don't care. the card has already been cut up! glad i googled this number, cause i had no idea that it was credit one
Well I guess I'm just another person on the list. I have received 3 phone calls from 800-396-7303. I too tried to call it back and got a busy signal. But now that you all mentioned Credit One bank, I have an account with them but never used the card because of the rude customer service. I might be past due for something also.
This number calls my cell every 30 minutes and when I call back it is always busy. I called Verizon to complain but they don't know who the number belongs to. I am sick of them calling! Such harassment!
right.. so i just got like 20 calls from this number today, so i looked it up online to see if i could figure out who the hell it was. they are annoying the s**t out of me. i guess i didnt realize that my payment was due. i agree about the company being a joke. wat rude a**es.

My husband had his credit card stolen on the 19th of October,he reported it the same night, they told him they would send out the necessary information he needed to have the theft investigated,that same 1-800-796-7303 has been calling our house at least 5 or 6 times a day,we received a bill in the mail for 147 plus late charges, we called credit one back,yet we still haven't resolved this matter, at the time we were unaware of who was calling because the phone would go dead also,they have called so many,until I called the phone company and order Call Blocker,then I decided to come online and search the number,seem to me any one that has credit one has this same problem.This may need to be reported to BBB.
I get called from this number at least 19 times a day and almost as much as that on the weekends, I've answered it a number of times and no one is ever there. Call the number back and it's busy. It's getting to the point that I'm planning on changing my number. if it's from Credit One bank I'm not past due or anything so I have no idea what the deal is. The company should be shut down or reported for harassment.
I got a million calls from them and didnt even know it was credit one....I just emailed their customer serivce this message....I encourage others to do the same, this was SOOOO annoying, I even answered my phone once and yelled at the person to STOP CALLING ME!!! LOL, they should at LEAST say "this is credit one bank" or something???? right???
I just wanted to give you a heads up that you all are getting a VERY bad rep with the way you handle your collection process. I've been getting calls from 800-796-7303 every day 5 - 10 times a day for the past 3 weeks and never once was there a message left that told me what it was in reference too...I never answer numbers that I do not know for security reasons that I can not say....and to get a call so much from one number without know who it is is disturbing. Which has hundreds of complaints of the same type. I highly recommend and plead that you change your process. I understand that collecting money that is owed is very important. If you have to call that often then your reps should state their name and work # so that the customers can call back. I am very unhappy with the way this works. I would like I reply, or you will lose my account, along with a lot of the others as I am posting this on the that 800notes site.
Oh I am also reporting them on Better Business Bureau www.bbbonline.org and I encourage everyone to do the same, this is the best way to report a bad company!
This number has called my cell phone and I figured out who it was. If you just call Credit One's number and let them know about the harassing calls then they will take your number off of their calling list. It's only a notification message to let you know if your credit card is pass due or over the allowed limit. Probably for other reasons too, but they were calling me to let me know that it was both. (woops) The number I had to call to get them to remove my number from their calling list is. . . 1-800-797-4299

These people call every half hour, they ask for someone who Does NOT live here, and when I tell them they have the wrong number--the lady calls me a liar and demands to speak to "Gail." We do NOT know a "Gail!" I understand that the employees are just doing their job, however-- what am I gaining by lying--Obviously (according to this site) they will continue to call anyway!
Hello everyone We need to BOMBARD this email box with complaints so that they listen, i think i am going to be really annoying and email them every day just like the call me everyday! i've tried to pay my bill online 3 times this week and it never posted, so the stupid jerks keep calling me! lets make a stand, and i've also filed a complaint to the better business bureau... www.bbb.org. heres the email, help me annoy them like they annoy us!
